PES- Amino IV

All of their reps seem quiet after that drama popped up on the other forum, there has not been a response since.

I think that is so dumb, who cares what affiliations the guys company (that he reps for, not works for) has? Has nothing to do with him, unless he was spreading misinformation or covering something up (hard to believe since he is not part of "PES HQ" so to speak). These forums can be a real nuisance sometimes though, and I don't blame people for taking breaks from them....I have done so numerous times over the years on various forums.

Yeah, I hadn't been on AM for weeks and yet I still managed to see a MAN individual taking a jab at Cooper. Oh and the lack of studies or any proof of the claims made about PF3.

Thought I made it very clear it wasn't a jab. Especially with the other forum being blocked by my school's firewall, I had no idea what was going on, and that's why I asked.

See you in a few more weeks.

We hardly find your shenanigans amusing sir.

ironically, your post-mortem posts are more amusing than any of those other "alive" SNS reps, they are quite droll. Have you heard if jcry has gotten his Amino IV?

So, here is what I gathered from the last few pages.

- Steve's Facebook jokes on our page bombed like a lead balloon.

How's this?

Knock-knock
Who's there?
I hate you all.

:)

:ntome:

- Touey is amazing. I don't know his real name so shall call him Mr. Martucci from now on.

-Mr. Carpenter how you root out. This revenge on crack I make on wall picture most likely I think

Sent my order number to the shipping email addy 3 days ago asking for a shipping status and no one has replied. Can anyone help me out?

6 scoops... why would anyone want 45g of Aminos? thats crazy.

i can see 15g around training, are you guys dosing between meals as well?

Honestly the between meal dosing has given me an excuse to cut down on my actual protein intake SLIGHTLY. So the money I'm spending on amino IV I've compensated for in reducing a few ounces of meat a day. Just something new I'm trying and seeing good results with in terms of recovery.

I would do 6 scoops spread out 3-6 times per day no doubt.....It's sort of like protein on steroids right? :D These are what the muscle really wants out of the pool of aminos it breaks protein down into...so why not comprise 1/4 or so of your protein from BCAA and EAA? Makes sense to me.....it is decidedly not cost efficient in the least, well it is now during initial sale pricing lol....sort of....all those aminos and the sweet flavor would kick my ass though, gives me stomach discomfort for some reason.

True, then again if you score some good deals on chicken/beef you could always find it cheaper than the product itself.

But if we look at it this way

20$ tub for 60 scoops

so if you dose 10 a day thats nearly 60 cents a day.. which is pretty cost effective for 45g of protein.

No doubt bro. Fortunately but unfortunately I'm hooked on the grass fed / organic game.

Organic cage free chicken thighs = $4.99 a pound
Grass Fed Organic Ground Beef = $6.99 a pound

Gotta admit though you can taste the difference compared to the sweat shop meat

I kill that flank steak :D cheap cut, but oddly enough pretty tender if you cook it right. With rice or noodles or whatever carb. I get on that high fat ground beef kick from time to time as well.

Nice!

I've been reading a lot about organic/grass fed meats containing higher amounts of omega 3's and CLA. If this is the case I'm not worried about the high fat intake from beef as it would be healthful rather than detrimental.

Fat is anabolic! So its good to eat high fat foods, right? lol At least that is the excuse we will use.....but yeah, I supplement with a half dozen high concentrate (EPA/DHA) fish oil caps per day to be sure I get the good fats to counteract the fact I am taking in a lot of possibly suspect fat. Hell I'd love to eat only fat and protein with very low carbs....but I end up looking so flat I can't handle it, no pump or plump to the muscle.

Same here. I could eat red meat every meal. Protein and fat. But I'd be so flat too

I have been, just because it's new and tastes so damn good. I will slow down on mine.

Im also 25. haha have to be wise with my spending.

Ok OK....no excuses :D (cue grumpy old man...) When I was your age I would work 40 hours overnight at wal-mart receiving, and another 15 hours at G-N-C (yeah so I got a steep discount)....AND I went to the local community college taking several classes (2-4) per semester.....so there are ways to make money and go to school and be young guys, you don't have much time for sleep but.....

24 here. I spend 200 bucks/month on average on supps,100 bucks every 2 weeks getting grocery items and such with an extra 60 or 90 for the rest of my family. Thats..around 500 to 600 depending on a bunch. 200 for gas every 2 months,750 rent,125 electric,55 internet 30 cable ,29 storage,100 on bull ****,and another 100 for ect.

God..I need to start couponing.

I feel ya brother!

I didn't buy any supps or AAS or PH or anything (just ate normally, so I did use some protein powder) for almost 2 years, and I saved up 16K and bought a '04 corvette for cash lol....thats how much you can spend on this crap :D

Supplementation can get pricey if you let it. I keep finding something new considered a staple and constantly restocking. Or something new I want to try.
Was much simpler when I was just using creatine and protein powder.

That's absolutely ridiculous. So you spend more on supplements than on food?...Theres a reason they are called, "Supplements". Not trying to be a dick, just sayin.

You don't math well, yeah?

200 a month for supps

100 every 2 weeks for food.

Convert to the same unit = 200 month on groceries.

Plus, 60-90 for other food for his family.

Equals, 260-290 month on food.

260-290 > 200

Maybe I read it too fast, sorry. I did follow up my intended question, with a question mark though and it wasn't directed toward you. I don't understand why you constantly argue with people.

Discount the food he buys for family and its equal lol

He has to get aggro and psyche himself up in order to lift 5,000 lb boulders and pull trucks with his teeth.

200 = 200, not 290 > 200. We must reject the original hypothesis :D

Lol :D its good that we care so much about pyrobatts supp intake though lol

And his family, that he probably doesn't have yet due to his age (but then again he may have a family to feed :D)

Woah, I don't do subtraction, only addition.

He has to get aggro and psyche himself up in order to lift 5,000 lb boulders and pull trucks with his teeth.
That's about as good an explanation as any.

I'm just a caring guy, I care about everyone. I'm like a superhero, except I wear my underwear under my pants.

I gave a tub of Amino IV to a homeless guy today.

It was Blueberry flavor. CL is better so I didn't care.

I was gonna donate my BB to the troops overseas, but I felt that it was sort of disrespectful to our military to send them the inferior flavour....so I just mixed it in the dogs water, he loves it....he's getting pretty ripped too btw, 15 g's of aminos is like 150 for a dog.

Lol. Yeppers. Also note sometimes I buy protien powder.

I gots to have my beta alinine, citruline, cop, fish oil, creatine, agmatine. I was probably shooting a little high.

Also note it doesn't take a whole lot of money to fill up a 3250 calorie to 3700 diet. Boxes of pasta 1dollar a box and under .50 a serving. Big bag of broccoli with 200+ servings is 3 bucks with my online coupon*expired yesterday though*
Rice,2 bucks for 24 servings, potatos dirt cheap, bananas ,peanuts, ect ect. I do fairly well. If you're spending over 300 every 2 weeks as a bodybuilder you have a ton of luxury*non needed * food. All about that nutrition.

I enjoy filet mignon and NY steaks :)

I am not in school, I graduated with my Bachelors already and went an extra year for a minor in Economics.
