PES- Amino IV

I saw a bunch of youngsters doing squats today that were too heavy for them. They would only go halfway and the had there heals coming off the floor a little...Bouncing the weight up. Thought those kids were gonna end up killing themselves.

yeah, I'd use my clout to get a few Amino IV's sent my way from PES for christmas (giftwrapped of course)....good way to get around any inappropriate business relations. "Gift", like on paypal :D

I don't know how many feet and inches that translates to off the top of my head, nor do I know how many stones 185 is lol.....but the weight is the same so that will work. I missed your video, now i will have to look back at 5,000 posts and find it....do you say colour and flavour in there? I was wondering how those words were pronounced in your language :D

squats are very dangerous, therefore I believe that a) young people, and b) stupid people, probably shouldn't attempt them (without guidance). Stick with leg press and extensions or whatever until you get older and smarter. That being said they usually get away with all the bad form and dangerous nonsense.

I just thought that one of them was gonna leave on a stretcher, it really looked dangerously bad.

Half an inch under 6 foot. Just over 13 stone.

I am pretty sure I say both. I definitely say "flavour". :)

Oh hell no, that is daddy's present, better than the ties and old spice he is gonna get :D Although he could use it like kool-aid for the kids to save money that he spent over the holidays....hmmmmm.....tastes good, but the kids would probably get hyuge, and they get big enough nowadays w/o any additional amino-bolic help lol

Very professional, You are only 185 at ~6' ? looks as if you'd be more towards just under 200 at that height....or maybe your arms and chest are oversized as compared to the rest of you :D

100's of years of the melting pot of Italian, Irish, French, English, African, recently Asian and Spanish etc etc, all the mixing too.....those of pure english descent are a barely noticeable minority by now :D

I like the British accent, but some of the dialects/accents are impossible to understand lol I used to work with an Englishman....and I'd talk like him mimicking his accent giving him a hard time, and he'd compliment me on my "Irish accent" :D guess he didn't think I did a good job of imitation.

Yeah I believe that is one of the reasons they don't care for Americans.....the teeth thing and the fact we won the revolutionary war and kicked their asses out of here :D Meanwhile Washington had a rag tag group of random guys with no shoes and no food yet they still prevailed, how embarrassing lol

Oh this type of activity is not limited to BB.com....we have roid ragers, PMSers, and all the various male crises on here as well, on a daily basis it seems. :D
 
Hopefully when they drink the amino IV this will solve all these problems......except jbry, he will continue to PMS....plus he said he is selling his shyt on ebay anyways so he won't be taking his "medicine" :D
