looking for a good sleep aid

I use phenibut 2x per week, maybe 3 if I need it. Best sleep ever. No side effects and can sleep fine without it.

REM 8.0 hasn't worked very well for me. I only use it 4-5 times a week. Towards the bottom of the tub now and I wake up with a headache every time I take it.

Ordered some Abyss. Hopefully that will work a bit better for me. I always have melatonin on back up too.

Full scoop? Two scoops? I would recommend if you are using REM 8.0 at a full scoop, lower it. There's a lot of friggin phenibut in there which can be pretty rough when you wake up from it.

Full scoop. A half scoop could stop the headaches, but a full scoop isn't effectively helping me sleep, so a half scoop probably would be even less effective.

You may be building up a tolerance to the beneficial effects of the phenibut. Try taking some time off from using phenibut based sleep aids and then give REM another shot at a 1/2 dose.

I can personally vouch for R.E.M. by MAN. It takes about 30-45 min before it take affects and lasts about 4 hours but it really knocks me out. So much so that it's hard to believe it's all natural. I wake-up refreshed and clear headed. The effects do wear off after a few days of continual usage. But using it three to four days a week it will work fine. I just received a bottle of Lights Our by Iforce. I will trying it tonight and see how it compares. I have used phenbit in the past and it works great but it's definately habit forming.

Definitely taking a break from it. This is my first sleep aid other than melatonin. Even when I first started taking it, at full scoop, I did not find it effective. Maybe it's just me because it has great reviews from almost everyone else, which is why I tried it in the first place.

I'm ok with it now. I found my sweet spot. Lulz. Using it only around 4 times a week as well.

i use nimbus abyss now. i used ressurect pm from ronnie, and lights out from iforce before. nimbus is by far the best for me, i sleep great on it ! 2 caps about 30 mins before bed.

It's an excellent product. Though I've just acquired 2 more tubs of Resurrect PM for $30. Gotta love the clearance isle :P

Just started using abyss. Sometimes only 1 cap is all I need for a good night sleep. Good product. No zombie feeling after waking either....

Abyss is the best I've tried thus far. Always rested even if sleep is interrupted, better focus during the day, feel a lot less stressed. Dont wake up feeling hungover either. Took a few days to get the full effects. About to finish my third bottle. Not a rep.

You guys should really check out our REM 8.0. I get nothing but great reviews on it

My Abyss will be here tonight :D I deff need to normalize my sleeping pattern right now! Will keep everyone updated.

You definitely can

Question - I take diphenhydramine on nights that I drink to fall asleep. You think this could be am effective alternative to that? When I drink I'm literally up all night even tho I don't consume caffeine it's a problem to say the least

I use them both. Could the problem be with your sleeping schedule when on duty?

You use them both at the same time? It's likely a few things inconsistent sleeping schedule and a restless mind. However, when I drink I literally get stimulated to the point of not being able to sleep for hours and then when I finally fall asleep it's only for a few hours. Then my body abruptly wakes me up, but instead of saying good morning it says F U. I like to drink sometimes to wind down but what it does to my sleeping and eating schedule is just unruly

I'm the same way if I drink. I find it hard to go to sleep unless I've drank an ungodly amount in which I'm probably just going to black out or if it's been an all day/all night binger in which I'm just exhausted simply due to how long I've been up partying :P

Abyss Unparalleled has worked very well for me these past couple months.

Animal PM is another solid option, as is iForce Lights Out.

Exactly!
