Well I will never go without it. After 6-8 weeks or so of use it was the leanest I've ever been. I definitely think the longer you use it the better.
As I was running low I stopped using as much and then stopped all together. My weight went up.

I really like this product because I have a hard time controlling my appetite and I have tried just about everything as far as appetite suppressant/fat burners go. So it allows me to feel satisfied without putting on fat!

How are you dosing it? I have only used mine on cheat days
 
Everyday 2-3 times. Pre workout and pre meals or mixed in with my meals. (I normally only have 2 maybe 3 meals a day)

how are you taking it when not in a meal?... Stuff tastes awful.

MP isn't that bad tasting. I mix it in a bit of water and throw it back. Much much worse tasting powders out there.
 
Haha man I took a beating for that one. Ya definitely a tough one to throw back straight just cuz it's so dry... Almost like the cinnamon challenge ha. It's fine in food or flavored drinks I was just curious cuz it sounded like he was taking it straight up... Gotta do what you gotta do. In the end, I'd trade the worst taste for an effective supp any day
 
Awesome deal. I honestly don't mind the taste of MP at all (actually kind of like it :)). I usually dump it straight into my mouth and chase it with water. I've mixed it with water and added it to food as well. After about a month of use, both Metabolic Powder and Recompadrol have become staple products for me.

Lol it will be glorious. I'll most likely add a couple more pancakes or another cup of cereal and make it an even 1000g.

I just downed 2 scoops of MP, will hop on the bike for a little LISS in about 40 mins, and start the carb assault (with more MP and Recompadrol) in a couple hours. It'll be very similar to 5 days ago, but bigger and better...more pancakes, more pasta, and a 6th kind of cereal (picked up some Boo Berry :)). I'll be sure to provide plenty of pics and feedback.

What comes after is continued progress :). I'm about 3 weeks out from a competition and do this every 5 days.
 
I found Rice Krispies at my house. I did refeed yesterday today I look awesome. Waiting on a tad more vascularity to pop through.
 
What kind of dosing protocol would you use with these if you are doing LeanGains and eating 2x per day? Higher carbs on lifting days etc.
 
Meal 1 down with zero bloat thanks to the help of MP and Recompadrol...and I'm hungrier than when I started. Vascularity should be getting pretty freakish shortly.

Haha I'd probably get a little protein in the mix. No real worries here. I'm going well above maintenance cals (I'll hit 5250 today) and have increased them every refeed. Progress has only gotten better.

You'd e surprised how much proton you get in when you carb up. Esp with gluten free stuff. A sleeve of bagels is close to 75gr protein, 300gr carbs and 6gr fat.

Yup. My carbs are gluten free besides the cereal. I'll hit my protein target and stay around 50g fat with 1000g carbs.

AP, Metabolic Powder, Recompadrol, and lots of carbs.
