Today was chest with a couple triceps movements thrown in. Didn't log but it had these exercises.
Flat bench 4 working sets three drop sets
Incline dumbbells 4 working sets one drop
Close grip bench 4 working sets
Hammer strength decline press 4 working sets
Hex press 4 working sets
Reverse grip triceps extension 3 working sets
Cable crossovers 7 working sets
Pec deck 3 stretch sets
Hanging leg raises 10 sets
Calf press on leg press 6 sets per leg 2 burn out sets with both legs
Done
