How would man prxt stack with the xgels?
Exactly what you need to do. GMS is just one of those things that is pretty much un-mixable.
Gonna start xfactor advanced soon and been reading up on GMS and carnitine, so these help with Ara? And what types of doses should be taken??
the beauty of ara is that it can totally stand alone without needing help, since its so awesome for everybody who needs a boost in their ara levels. interestingly, a pf3 logger on ara reported the inflammatory soreness dissappeared when he started taking pf3, so im wondering if pf3 is a way to get all the awesome benefits of ara without the extra doms
Wait everyone is taking two scoops of As GMS (6gs) I've been taking one scoop 3.3 grams. Hmmm.
A higher dose of gms will be more ideal as the fats replicate taking it with a meal (emulsification purposes), but without the insulin spike.
Thanx for the clarification. I guess I'll go with two scoops (6.3g or so) So basically it turns fat globules into smaller with later dose correct?
That was for some work Bill was doing, the clinical will be at the University of Tampa. They are arranging the participants.
Correct.
I'm not taking any GMS with my XFA just 2g of L-carnitine. How does he carnitine help XFA??
Bump for this as well... how does GMS and LCLT make Ara more effective?
what is the aim of the study? Like to see if there are changes in strength/health/body composition?
Interested to hear
Great question, I believe we are looking at both changes in strength/power and hypetrophy/body composition.
Also, I replied to your PM, thanks for you interest in ArA!
Wow, that sounds good. It's a great thing to see companies ( all be it the minority ) do studies on ingredients/their products. Anymore info you can share?
When it is completed (I understand this may be some time) please do share the results on the forum.
Thank you, I am a loyal supporter of Molecular Nutrition. One of the few companies which base their products on science, my favourite company.
Thank you sir, yes we have spent over $50k in R&D this year... many companies that outsell us ten fold cant say that!
This newest study is just beginning, but should be ready to publish before the end of this year. We will keep you all posted!
When buying from MN, your dollars go a long way toward supporting innovation and the progress of human performance and of our industry as a whole. Expect another first to market extract in our upcoming Test Factor reformulation!
New testfactor? Eta?
GMS will help emulsify the ArA and LCLT will help with DOMS.
Would Micronized GMS be a better option vs regular GMS?

If you want to mix it, yes. I just throw it into my mouth and chase it with my pre workout of choice though.
X2, parachuting is the way to go when dosing gms in my opinion.

Whiskey taking xfactor how much fat should I eat? Like nuts and stuff?
Whilst* haha
Just limit omega 3s and anti inflammatories.

Tried that once.. But isn't there so much powder you'd need to parachute 2-3 times? I look ridiculous every time I take gms just throwing it back with a chaser (lots of disgusted facial expressions) but parachuting seems like a lot of work
Regarding 1.5g vs 2g.. is dosage weight dependant? Currently using 1.5g and seeing awesome results, but I'm wondering if I should bump it to 2g.. I dose on wo days only and currently lift weights EOD - so 3-4 times per week.
Does Berberine in recompadrol affect the ArA??

This works well for BCAA's as well.Pre-mix your micro GMS the night before and leave it in the fridge. Works wonders
The rare users we see who have real conflicts with too high of omega 3 doses are those who do olive oil shots or who eat fair amounts of salmon daily.
Berberine has no interaction with either COX isoform so feel free to consume it with ArA (Invalid Link Removed)

Olive oil is mainly omega 6 with a relatively low omega 3 profile
Olive oil is well known for being anti inflammatory, I assure you olive oil shots are one of few things that will hinder your X-Factor results. Bill and I have spoken with thousands of customers over the past decade (as well as Bill being the most knowledgeable person on the planet on ArA) and fish/flax users tend to only do upwards of 5g a day and never seem to have problems, it is those who consume high amounts of olive oil who don't respond to X-Factor.

Interaction with olive oil would be due to the chief constituent (oleic acid) and its ability to drive down plasma/tissue ArA levels. Not due to the anti-inflammatory effects of ArA.

It's also worth noting the olive oil is up to 25% linoleic acid, which is used in the biosynthesis of ArA
ArA is anti inflammatory?
ArA is a signaling molecule. It can be pro or anti-inflammatory.
Btw, I have respect for Bill, but he is not even close to the world expert on ArA LOL
So I know we should avoid omega 3's with Ara, but do we need to avoid antioxidants as well since they're anti-inflammatory? Thanks.
