Calorie reccomendation help?

1500 cal Diets is going ****, can't stick it
I counted wrong

Height is 5ft10.5
14 stone around 195 pounds
25% bodyFatBoy

I just calculated it to be maintenance of 2800 and cutting at 2400, would that be right? It seems high for cutting but I suppose I'm heavy

I think I could stick 2000 cals, that's more than enough, my problem is hunger at night and I'm sure I can squeeze the extra Cals in..

Is there any supplements for hunger
 
if its at night you need to go non stim of course so maybe try 5 htp really helps with carb cravings. some people say hoodia but never did anything for me. plus you will adjust if you just fight through it for a week or so you will notice less nighttime hunger
 
ive had good experiences with 5 htp. take it with green tea extract to stop it from being digested in the stomach and allow it to get to your brain for a serotonin increase
 
try this: mix your protein into a sugar free pudding add heavy crème on top of pudding as your macros allow..
I like to use isotean vanilla and mix with butterscotch pudding.. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm try this at night to curb your late night hunger.

What ratio/amounts of protein powder, milk and pudding mix do you use?

I like to mix my protein with water and a TBSN or two of heavy crème. then use that to mix the pudding with.

the count will vary depending on what brands you use. I like to use isotean because its low in carbs per serving wich is great for pre bed anyhow.
 
i prefer greek yogurt and a half scoop of protean...i refrigerate it overnight and the next day it's nice and thick, really kills sugar cravings and the thickness seems to stage off hunger a bit

hunger pangs are overlooked a lot when cutting, ppl just want crazy energy but something like a dexaprine xr could also help keep the hunger down a bit, so you don't overeat

at 5 ft 10 though, 2400-2500 calories should be good
 
There are so many things I like to make at night for that "late night snack" craving killer.
Protean Icecream during the summer
Protean Pudding
Protean crepes and add a bannana and PB
Protean brownie

List goes on, its just all about getting creative with something to satisfy you before you go nuts eating crap you shouldnt.

those are some good ideas....ppl can make soo much food with Protean, the solution has a thread with cooking ideas

Dexaprine XR + Ephedrine will keep you from wanting to eat at all...ever. My cut levels were around 3200, and I had to force-feed myself to get anywhere near my 3200 cut mark while on those two.
