Trying to liven things up a bit. These are basically the same things I eat day in and day out. Yet to be shown is brown rice though. Besides oatmeal that is my main carb source lately.
 
Meal four.

8oz 96% ground beef
Salsa
Fat free Ranch
3/4 cup green beans
1/2 cup oats

Meal five was 12oz sirloin with 1/2 sweet Potatoe and green beans.

Was at a restaurant for this meal. Steak was trimmed of all extra fat and sweet potatoe was plain.

Meal six was just a shake with 50g protein.

This morning is Turkey Fiesta Omelet de la Ayeyayyaaae

2oz Turkey sausage
6 slices oven roasted Turkey lunch meat
1 Whole egg
About 9 egg whites
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup fat free cheese

1/2 cup oats
 
Today was self inflicted torture. .....

Squats five sets of 8 at 315 with 45 seconds rest

Sumo deadlifts five sets of 8 at 345 45 seconds rest

Dead lift three sets of 8 at 345 45 seconds rest

Narrow stance squats on Cybex 4 sets of 12 at 240 45 seconds rest

Donkey calf raise 5 sets of 15 at 590 30 seconds rest

Leg press calf press 5 sets of 12 with 675 30 seconds rest

Cable crunches 5 sets of 20 with 120 30 seconds rest

Hanging leg raises 5 sets of 20 30 seconds rest

Heavy compound day for the most part focusing on legs. Wore out mang!

1 sweet potato
8oz 99%lean ground turkey
3/4 cup green beans

I hate taking time away from stims... feel like crap lol The last time I came off ECA stack was simply brutal.

How long do you cycle off? And do you cold turkey it or taper down? I saw Monte tapers, which is probably what I will do in the future. I am not looking forward to it though

I like to try to be off it for 4 weeks... then back on.. usually 3-4 months on..


Killer leg workout Montego... and some damn fine looking meals!
 
I've eaten fresh before, and still kinda like the canned lol.


I don't regularly eat either though, usually frozen for this guy.
I used to like frozen..not anymore
used to eat canned beans in a pinch too when I was out of fresh
now, it's all fresh, or nothing at all - just how I roll :)

The frozen is more of a convenience thing for me lol.

I almost never eat canned (unless I'm eating with someone else who's doing the cooking) but I can't say I don't enjoy the taste/texture.


It's just so much less healthy than frozen, and even more so for fresh.
 
I've ate tons of all of the above. Canned fill me up more then either frozen or fresh and that's the main reason I'm eating them at this point as for filler.

Also it's very convenient. Sams Club sells the ten lb bags of frozen but I still like the canned.
 
Monday chest day but not by design ?

Pretty good session though. Great stretches and plenty of reps.

Flat BB bench 5 sets working up to 295x6 then three drop sets

Incline dumbell press with a deep stretch on the negative 4 sets of 12 with 80's

Hammer strength inner chest press 4 sets at 230 for ten with two drop sets

Cybex cable decline press for sets of 8 at 180

Cable crossovers seven sets with 140 highest reps were 14 lowest were 8.

I dead lifted again today. .....450 x 2. Not sure how I feel about that. A few days removed from the deads on leg day but still felt weak.
 
i'd say you should feel pretty good about it
why are you up in the air about it?

Target was three reps. I guess a little more then 2x my body weight is okay seeing as how I'm not a strength athlete or train to be one.

glad I saw that little workout you just posted..reminds me that I need to get some pull-ups in on THUR back day, haven't done them for awhile, and will be losing my nice built-in-the-ceiling pull-up bar station I built when I move :sad:

I guess not all is roses and tulips -- but, that's about the only negative I see in this whole moving ordeal!
(well other than initial expense to do it lol)

Pullups.....yeah that reminds me. Next workout is weighted pullups. That should be super.

So what wet have here is

8oz 99% lean ground turkey breast topped with fat free cheese, lemon pepper seasoning and hot salsa ( loving salsa lately) on my daughter's Blues clues plate with a cup of green beans
With 3/4 cup oats
 
Good morning! Got a dietary adjustment yesterday and I'm very stoked about it! More carbs yeah buddy. I will be lowering fats though so the ground beef will be smaller portions when used and my whole egg for bfast will be discontinued. No more tree feed nights but carbs are up across the board. Weight was 219.5 upon rising

Today's pre workout meal
10egg whites
4oz 99% lean ground turkey
Salsa
Fat free cheese
3/4 cup oats

I mixed the salsa in with the eh whites before cooking. ... worked good. Had to drain them a bit but wasn't too bad at all.

Sounds like some good changes on the diet, and for a nice change try using Hot Sauce pre mixed in the egg whites for a similar flavor and no need to drain them. Sometimes I will put a little taco seasoning in the egg whites for more flavor.
