Nice, and the lack of a crick in the neck is enough to change it up for me if I got one. I change my approach around when I do them, but generally don't shrug much other than in conversations with the wife.

Calf CRAMP while "wrestling" with the wife in bed this morning. Luckily we had just finished when it set on. Whoa buddy it was a bad one. Still sore as fock!

I get them in my quads quite often when taking the wife to "Pound Town". I power through though.

Last night I was getting back pumps so I just put her on top and got a good chest and tris workout lol.
 
little supp update. I've been using PX Black the last month but swapped to PX 500 yday.

500 is MUCH stronger in the stim side :) appetite suppression is on point so far but the higher stim makes getting up and going a bit easier. Slight shakes but I'm dosing it on an empty stomach and I'll only be doing one cap a day in the morning.

Reason behind this is I'm hungrier in the am and then lifting in the pm I get a nice dose of stims pre workout. I'm pretty satiated from feeding through the day so I'm not overly hungry when the time for the second dose comes around.

Also, lol, I need a stim break very soon. Has been a long long time since I cycled off so I'm going to be tapering off over the next week or so.

It's not bad really. If I taper down I don't get the headaches and such like I would if I stop cold turkey. Been down this road quite a few times :)

when stopping any habit (bad ones etc whatever, like smoking for instance) I always choose to go cold turkey

Apparently so lol. After my first few times cycling stims and going child Turkey I said f that lol. The tapering works much better for me.

I never knew child turkeys helped with addictions. *shrugs*
 
Sounds like a good plan with the tapering off. Every 4-6 weeks I end up taking a week off and I quite often only take 1 cap of a diet pill a day if it is effective. Right now I am really stim sensitive it doesn't take too much to get me amped up.
 
Trained chest today. Was s good session nothing to special. I decided to do a fst7 bench set to start the day. ..... whew. That was rough ;)
 
Another back pick about forty minutes after training. Leaning out and the waist is coming down finally. Next session I'll try to Hey some pics immediately after training at the gym.

Back workout was

Pull ups 5 sets
Yates rows 4 sets
Bent over rows on shrug machine 4 sets
Wide grip lat Pull down 4 sets
T bar rows 4 sets
Then I did a variation of the lat machine where you sit down and pull over. But I did it standing with an easy curl bar for cables on the lat pull down cable machine. .... yeah if you can get what I'm saying lol....
 
What Stimul8? I didnt get any in my last order.

Once you add in Stimul8 your workouts will double in volume! Holy mackerel that PWO's energy is strong!

It was pretty good. Had to figure out something new cause just eggs every day was getting old. The salsa helps as did the lunch meat. Picked up some turkey sausage that's really low fat for next time as well.

Was going to buy some cereal but for my alloted amount of carbs the oatmeal is more volume for the bang. Being full is more important then variety sometimes :)

Post up those food pics man! So many people read this site but don't actually register or comment but yes they are looking. You'd be surprise how many folks have no idea what they should be cooking/eating. You are helping people out and you don't even know it.

I am of the opposite viewpoint: if you can't take the time to register, or get involved in the conversation/be interactive (ie - lurker!), then I am not losing any sleep over whether they are getting the guidance they need/seek

that's just me; effort and involvement, being proactive, go a long way towards impressing me, personally
