Boom followed... I know the knowledge on this forum is gold but it is alway good to get motivated by other's progress and get new ideas via things like IG
 
That's actually what gave me this idea! A couple of us already follow each other and I've gotten so many new ideas based on others' favorite foods, training methods, or even just hobbies

Shameless selfies and nothing else haha... No it's for pretty much posting pictures about any hobby or what most of the fitness community progress pics, food, recipes, and things like that. It's alway nice to put a face and a physique with the person behind the keyboard or phone
 
It's an outlet to connect with those of different interests not limited to lifting and supplements I'm sure even you have other hobbies outside of the gym.
