breezy's training, supplementation, and food log

I was in the middle of deadlifting when this email went out. I'll probably buy one anyways as the shirts look pretty epic. :D

I never got the email.. hmmm lol

Have you received the last few IC emails or checked your spam folder?

And I thought I was gonna be one of the first to get it haha.

I didn't lol, but was on the site within seconds of receiving the email.

Yeah, they look like awesome shirts.

I'm gonna get one, just not today.....

Yeah, they're pretty awesome and still a good deal either way. I got a gray one and will pick up black soon.

Strange, I received the last couple and this time it went right to my spam. So created a rule for it. Thanks Breezy.

No problem wasme. That actually just happened to me a couple weeks ago with the AM newsletter.

It's going to be a long day. I got a serious case of the hiccups at 9:30PM last night and finally fell asleep around 12AM...then I woke up at 2AM to use the bathroom and they were still going strong and have kept me up since. I'm currently trying to get rid of them and waiting for the gym to open. OxyELITE Pro® "Advanced Formula" is going to be huge in helping me get through the day awake.

Speaking of OxyELITE Pro® "AF", I just noticed that it landed on NP and immediately scooped up the ridiculous deal.

This came at a perfect time, as I now have my 8 week run locked in and can start Compound 20® 8 weeks out from my competition (I was going to have to wait until ~5 weeks out).

This morning's workout didn't really go as planned. I wanted to have longer session leading up to tonight's refeed, but only sleeping 2 hours made it a challenge. Either way, it went pretty well and I made it out of the gym alive...I'm currently in rough shape though.

13 / 20

-pushups: feet elevated ~2.5' / holding DB's neutral grip

1st set pushups: I dreamed up this idea while I was half asleep this morning. I loved it and will be adding them in going forward.

I'm not sure how well the pictures will show the vascularity changes (on phone and can't see them well), but I had veins popping up all over my abs, chest, and shoulders. 90% of them I'd never seen before in my life, which had me shocked lol. I wish the lighting was better, but I didn't plan on taking any pictures until I noticed the change in fullness/vascularity.

Damn!

That is the same day?? Veins are everywhere..

Damn!

Lol yeah. The first pic was from this morning (I trimmed my chest/belly hair this afternoon :)), which was the worst I'd looked in weeks and the second set is about 30 minutes after I finally ate some carbs (6PM). I looked very similar to the first pic right before my refeed. I'm curious to see how I'm doing in the morning.

My lord breezy! You look huge and ripped. Your update pics are always so impressive. I'm definitely jealous sir.

Yeah you look horrible in the first pic...dickhead lol

Ive said it before and im sure I'll say it again...your a fukin monster dude. Looking chiseled

Holy frosted waffles! Lol looking ripped and ready to compete Breezy, you're living proof that dedication and commitment pay off

Breezy, I really like the banded pushups. Genius.

Also, the difference in those pictures is incredible. The veins on your chest and abs are crazy.

Those photos look weeks apart, not hours lol. People would kill to look like you in your 'flat and miserable' state ;)

Impressive is an understatement brother! You're killing it! I've never seen that kind of chest vascularity! At this rate that competition is all yours!

Thank you sir! I like to make sure there's definite changes before posting any pics.

Lol. I did compared to the rest of the week.

Thanks dude.

Those waffles are my new best friend (when carbing up). Thanks bud, I plan on getting quite a bit leaner before the comp, but so far so good.

Thanks Jim. :D

Yeah man, they were great.

That chest vascularity was a first lol. The lower abdominal veins have been visable for a while and there were a couple in my obliques that looked like they've wanted to pop out. I didn't see the vein explosion coming though.

Yeah, I knew I was kind of flat, but didn't expect to blow up like that. Haha miserable was more how I "felt" after not getting any sleep.

Thanks brother. I'd never had anywhere near that kind of vascularity or any visible veins in my chest at all. I saw myself in the bathroom mirror and couldn't believe it lol. It should be great when I get a little leaner and add VERSA-1 and Compound 20.

Meadows newest arms training routine posted included Occlusion (BFR) Training. You officially have to try it now. :D

Haha nice. I knew that was his new obsession. I was planning on doing it right after my comp, but might give it a test run one of these arm days.

Agreed.. that VERSA-1 is going to have you looking like a road map! I can't wait to see!

Looking solid, shredded and veiny as hell Breezy, and what still 8 weeks out?

Thanks wasme. 8 weeks from this coming Saturday.

Link it m8
^^^ This, please.

I'm guessing that it's on his Mtn. Dog Diet site and only available to members.

Yeah, both products have always helped with my vascularity.

Been slacking on the forums lately... Caught back up an ready to go.

Welcome back Budman.

-I’d been avoiding these for a couple weeks since aggravating my sciatica. The plan was to stay light and higher rep, but my back felt good, so I added more weight. The higher reps were brutal and the drop set had me ready to puke.

Great work on the back breezy. That DL volume is insane. I would have felt like puking as well..

I'm in awe of your work ethic. Thread gives me motivation.

Thanks man. It was rough.

Drop sets on deads are just nasty

Yup.

Nice DL work Breezy.. nothing like that puke feeling to tell you that you did some work. lol

Thanks wasme. I could have done without it lol.

Are you a member Breezy, if so is it worth the price tag?

I am not, but plan to be soon. I've heard that everyone who is considers it a steal.

I'm in awe of your work ethic. Thread gives me motivation.

Thanks for the kind words Jiigzz. That's awesome. My goal is to work harder than anyone else. :)

I kept rest very short this morning. I basically just kept moving and took no more than 10 seconds between each set.

2nd and 4th sets of curls: I figured out an easy way to use a band and it worked out very well. The added tension was brutal. I stood during the exercise, but sitting worked fine as well.

4 sets with triple drop set on final set.

Caught back up buddy! You're looming fantastic my friend.

Gotta ask, are you doing your own prep? Diet, posing?

Keep it up buddy you always impress me

That band set up is genius! I like that a lot and if my gym had that machine I'd probably make that my go to biceps exercise.

Now that you are even more shredded I assume people at the gym are asking you what you are on?? ;)

Another cool addition with the bands. Nice work brother

Thanks dude.

Thanks bean. I'm flying solo with everything. I know a coach would be very beneficial, but I'm using the experience to learn a lot (about prep and myself) on my own. Our buddy DW will most likely be helping me out during peak week. I get his opinion on some of what I'm currently doing as well.

Thanks man. I loved it. I never get bicep DOMS and it's pretty serious right now. I should send the setup pics and video to Meadows on Facebook or tnation lol.

There's a former NHL player at my gym that always yells "natty matty" to let everyone know lol. The first time I was asked that was in 5th grade haha (I was a pushup/pull-up warrior when I was younger). By 6th grade I was a lean 180lbs and was 200lbs by sophomore year of high school. I actually weigh less now than I did then :( (getting sick and dropping to 150lbs didn't help).

My jack3d shirt came in today.. It's ****ing bada$s.

A little surprise, free samples! Thx, usp!

I'm 5'8ish 180 and I got an xl. It's slightly loose, but that's how I like my shirts. Also once I wash and dry it I think it'll fit perfect.
