In the gym this morning at 6am( good start to a Sun) Expecting no one there but 3-4 mulling around lifting. I get about halfway through my squat work-out when a guy asks for a spot on bench. No problem go across the gym ( maybe 20ft)!! He gets through his 6 tough reps! I turn around and two A$$HOLES have started stripping the bar down I was using. Now mind you my drink, phone, towel ect are all right there. I say hey WTF??? "Oh are you using this Bro? We want to work in with you then. (Now there are 3 more squat racks here.) and here it comes: "We like to bang out our bicep workout in the rack"!!!! I said: can you curl what's left on the bar(230 after they started stripping down the 340) "why no"!! I say: "GO FU$K YOURSELF!! Are you an A$$ everyday or just Sun mornings!!! First of all the squat rack is for just that, SQUATTING!! Go read a book on training and gym etiquette you dumb ass!!"
He was not happy. Where do these guys come from??? Is there some weird Bulgarian training program that these guys have found that tells them it's ok to curl in the rack??? Because there are guys in every gym that go it!!!! LMAO
