That is looking close, woke up to 202 this morning, so 12 down just a couple days over a month. And I am now mostly eating solid foods, only occasionally skipping one for a shake (out of being rushed). Still on a high protein moderate fat low carb low calorie setup though

Here's a pic, the most noticeable change is the top abs are starting to get a little definition again. Not a lot, but more than the start pic :)

yep! Another month or two like this, i'll be back down into the low 190s and looking good. Its a lot damn tougher when you're 45 than when you're 18, thats for sure.
