Okay guys sorry for the lack of updates. Vacation, busy at work, busy repping on this forum everything's got Caz busy as hell. I really only missed two days of lifting while on vacation :) But since I've been back I've had zero motivation to work out not that I'm not lifting just not feeling into it mentally at all. I guess the cycle is finally taking a toll on me counted up the pills and Sunday will be the last day so PCT coming up very soon. I'll lay out my PCT for you guys in the next day or so I will say this has been the best cycle I've ever done.. Stay tuned
 
Felt like that the last few days of my cycle as well! You'll get back into the groove soon enough

I'm trying so that being said PCT starts tomorrow.. I'm going to add clomid with my tamox for serms. Thinking of low dose cause I don't feel like getting depressed.. Tell me what u guys think

Tamox: 20/20/10/10
Clomid: 25/25/12.5/12.5
Ergopure: 30 days per bottle
D pol: 30 days per bottle
Tudca: 30 days

I'm also going to finish my bottle of organ shield which has about 3 weeks left.

I do the opposite for pct. I'll do 100mg clo for 3 days drop it down to 50 and ride it out and 20mg nolva across the board.
 
I stepped on the scale and final weigh in is?????

227.5!!!! What?? Gained 13.5 lbs in 8 weeks all lean muscle :)
 
Nice lift back there on the reverse hacks and that gym had plenty to do if you lifted everything iso-laterally. Looks like a good layout for PCT. I am actually used to what SuperBeast laid out myself but I am sure both will work especially if you are trying to limit moodiness associated with clomid.

Thanks Kleen!! I'm moody to begin with and since it's my first go with it I'll ease into it.. I may blast it at 50 for the first 3 days :)
 
I think once you have been focused about hitting the gym so hard and everything revolves around your training so much more on cycle that by the end you get kind of burned out on it all.

PCT looks solid but the Clomid dose will probably have to be bumped up a good amount. Maybe 100 for the first 4-5 days to get things kick started then drop to 50? I am no expert on Clomid I just know it probably has to be dosed higher

Also check out Prototype 7-Spray for PCT. It will limit the cortisol spike during pct which is often overlooked. I also notice it jacks my libido up in a hurry.

I'm not sure if I even need to add the clomid, the boys have not shrunk much and libido is still good ( getting random morning wood :) ) I just thought since I've been on for 8 weeks a low dose of clomid wouldn't hurt.. I wish I could pull the trigger on a couple of the different Prototype sprays but with my 2 little boys I stay away from transdermals.. I do have some reduce XT on the way starting week 2 of PCT ;) and Ergopure has some cortisol control properties to it as well.. As you know that stuff is legit
 
Clomid has to be higher Caz...most people don't even feel it at 25, that's a taper off dose more than anything. 50 for 3-4wks would serve you better. I like a 100 kick if I have it but depends on mood & nut size, doesn't it?

TUDCA, if you read the studies, doesn't really work to cleanse the liver - it keeps cells alive longer by helping to keep the flow of bile un-restricted while you're consuming the toxins - meaning that it's not really necessary in PCT, as long as you're not doing something harsh like drinking or taking ibuprofen, etc. Coupled with how expensive it is, you'd be better off running herbals like liv52, NAC, milk thistle, & such during pct. Just my .02, from a big TUDCA supporter.

I was thinking the TUDCA was overkill but I'm not super well versed in it. Thank you for that.

Thanks Hyde I started clomid today at 50mg and will continue it for 3 week :)

As for the tudca I really started to feel like crap the last week and my urine got very dark even with my cycle support. I started tudca 2 days ago and today I dumped like 4 times so its cleansing me out.. May run it for a week or so until my urine clears up..
 
Update


So the last 3 days I took off the gym.. I've been killing it with no rest for almost 3 months. My mind and body is telling me to rest so I'm listening to it.. I know my joints will thanks me and my diet has been very clean.. Going to give it a try Monday and see if the rest did me any good?? I really want to lift heavy again :)
 
I've def run TUDCA for a week to seemingly good effect into pct; you won't hurt anything by doing so. But you prob don't need it for too long, just like you said. Save the rest once you're looking clear again.
 
Funny story guys!! halfhuman u many know the area this happened tonight

So my wife said to me after dinner lets take the kids to get ice cream. I found this old school ice cream pallor for those who know NJ in Teaneck on cedar lane.. So I say honey u sure u what to take the kids there?? I know the area and lets just say a lot of "want to be hoods" there.. We go, sit down to order ice cream Sundays and place only takes cash.. So I go a half block down to a ATM. On the way back alone, 3 tough guys yell at me I love juice heads!!! Dummy's are now stuck at a red light and your boy yells I love ********* talking ish from the car!! I now run over to the car and the big month in the front passage side turns white as I grab him through the open window and blast him twice in the face.. :) they took off as I laughed my aSs off.. My wife couldn't believe it as I sat down and enjoyed my sundae.. It felt soo good I haven't hit someone in 12 years..

Haha, gotta love it. I haven't hit anyone outside of training in years and years. You know his boys clowned him all the way home too if you got the one who actually yelled it anyway. I walk at lunch and normally take my shirt off to get some sun. About 2 years ago some douche yells out his car window "Put on a shirt puss-c!!!" I hear his woman tell him to shut up as they take off but they get caught behind another car at the light. I walk up to his girls still open window lean in and smile at her and tell him "What's wrong you just mad cuz your girl like what she sees better than your fat ass? Watch who you are calling a puss-c or you may get hurt one day!" The whole time his girl is staring at me just giggling and smiling at him being put in his place. The light changes and he peels out and passes the car in front of him all butt hurt. I laughed about that crap for days!

That's funny!!! Loud mouth thought they were going to just drive by, you should have saw their face when they caught the red light.. :omfg: I don't understand why u would shoot your mouth of at someone u know can crush you.. I'm sure he is having a hard time breathing out of that nose today!!
 
I have dreams of doing that again... I did it once when a road rager started following me and when we got to my neighborhood I was like screw that this fool aint following me to my house where my wife and son are... Pointed to a parking lots he pulled in I pull up throw my car into park and jump out before it even stops run up and smashed him through the open window. Didn't even stick around to see if he sat back up. Walked back to my car and drove home. I was like 24-25 then I guess...

Many a King Size Heath bar has been destroyed in this manner too... Heck we have a Lil Ceasers close to the house for 5.99 I can get my own, that or make my own Digourno's I just buy the one with chicken and peppers or a supreme and nobody else will even touch it! That or a pepperoni but cover it in either hot sauce or red pepper before cooking it. ;)

Haha that's awesome. I have had similar experiences. Nothing better than some slapdick thinking he's tough inside the safety of his car only to get stuck at a red light. At least they recognized the swoll
