good grief - pretty nasty tho eh? not pleasant, when it was at its worst, I mean really not pleasant at all..dint let it slow me down tho
and these things you guys are suggesting (well except kleen's last post), have tried all of them, to varying degrees of success but always temporary..got some medicated powder to start off with, worked for awhile till it started building up a film or something, and irritation started again (and yes aceroni, was using my spandex & dumping that stuff down there before cardio)..have done cardio in boxers..hell I've even tried it nude on threadmill, cuz it hurt too damn much to put spandex on there for awhile! tried some stuff called Porter's after awhile, a great amish old-school pasty cream that heals like no other - that worked for awhile, and then didn't..of course i'm tanning buff too, and then I think the raw skin got burned is when infection set in..Neosporin doing the job fine so far - but i'm going thru it like nobody's business!
as long as it heals i'm a happy camper, and no pain today, so - we'll see how it holds up for morning cardio session tomorrow
thanks for all the good words everyone - kleen you are correct I think this is best legs have ever looked - and definitely the most veiny..aceroni, yup yup I knew size would come, and these dudes ain't done growing yet, I got a feeling..remember awhile back I said legs is where you would see the most improvement on me rest of the way?
everything on good pace, no issues at all - and these carbs i'm taking in, good golly I am getting spoiled with it all! majority I am using is brown rice based (rice cakes, brown rice on stovetop, the new brown rice Triscuits that are out - if you guys haven't had those things yet, you have simply GOT to try them, they are unfrigginbelievable! tomato & basil flav is what I am rolling with), also using a lot of Ezekiel breads..still cup of raisin bran postworkout in almond milk, that will stay in all the way thru..for fats, a lot comes from my lean meats, but since I've switched over to turkey breast now I got some extra room to play - so been leaning heavy on almond butter, .5 TBS placed strategically where I need it..of course some almond milk, easy to get the extra small odd amount of fat I need from that
very happy with what I have to choose from..looking forward to finishing up very strong here, add some size now and just go POW! at the finish line
