Creatine power or pills

Haha indeed I did! That's what I've been hearing lol. I was gonna buy some hemoval earlier last months but I decided that 50 bucks for 16 servings ain't all that great... so I decided to buy the ingredients separately and make my own pump shake lol thinking about tossing a couple other things in but I wanna see how this stuff treats me first

I love to read directions in order to scoff at them lol... but yours just confuse me, load sing phase for 5days of 20-30g a day? Then 10 for the rest of the tub? What happened to good ole 5 g a day?

I just bought me some Citrulline Malate and Agmatine Powder... gonna try and get me some pumps lol

2 Scoops Cit Mal and 1 Scoop Agmatine and wham, pumps :D A GDA will help with all day muscle fullness as well *cough* Glycophase *cough* ;)

Damn it jiigzz your supposed to tell me before I place my order not after! Hahaha... that's OK I've spent 300 bucks on supps this week so maybe next week... oh and I accidentally tested the transdermal application of whey protein today haha
 
So does it matter WHEN you take your 5g creatine (morning, pre-wo, post-wo), and also what you have it with? I've seen it said that taking with beta-alanine is good, but agmatine is not so good, also should not take with taurine... supposedly competes for uptake pathways and reduced signalling or something like that. Is that all BS?

I've never noticed anything different when it comes to dose timing. I just shoot it down when I wake up. Don't know about all the other crap though
 
I always take mine post workout in a protein drink. If I'm out of protein I just take a scoop plain and chase it with water or diet soda, or some kind of drink.

Any time of the day is fine;

I know BA and Taurine use the same transporters but the amounts we use will not interfere with each other however I believe Creatine uses an exclusive transporter Creat1 [ Invalid Link Removed ] and so competition should not occur.

I've heard good things about Evomuse products. I'm a little hesitant to import it because i'm not sure of my countries customs laws on Transdermals lol
 
Oh and I didn't clean it off because I didn't want to waste the topical haha so I walked around smelling like vanilah whey all day lol

I've had great results with both the original Eviscerate and the Abliterate. Good stuff.

There is also data (albeit in rats) showing that topical capsaicin reduces VAT.

creatine in high doses like what you described builds up in the body when taken daily, so its not like timing is critically important really; there are people who make sure to get it in preworkout with the idea that the body will be inspired to use it during performance. there are also people who take it post-workout with the idea of taking advantage of a window of better absorption after exercising.

sure aminos can compete. when aakg first came out, ed byrd said you gotta take the arginine a half our before food and two hours before a protein shake. I did that, and then later I just took it with meals and protein powder and saw no disadvantage to that whatsoever.

That's what you say. But what does the science say?

i never took arginine, but heard the arbsorption eats. when byrd release aakg, the guy laid down the fatbucks on a double-blind study.

the idea with the alpha-ketaglutarate form is that it increases bioavailability,. byrd also later added the enzyme that converts arginine to no2 in his product before selling it to a drug company. i would definately not consider a sustained release product like NO2 to be in any way synonymous with l-arginine.

most intense pumps of my life on that stuff, but it takes 15 to 21 days to really saturate. i was pumped 24/7; i couldnt even really touch my back i was so swollen. i dont know what viagra feels like, but it has nothing on that stuff im sure. i dont take it because i cant tolerate it anymore. i called the number and the phone operator admitted she was crapping alot more on it too. i also felt like the 8 grams i was taking a day was somehow unholy; i could feel it in my muscle tissue. when i say i noticed no different when taking it with meals instead of 30minutes before and 2 hours before a protein shake, i mean it was just as effective
 
Creatine is all the same. Just stick to mono and use whatever you like. Powder is cheaper than pills. Both are effective though. Depends on your budget
