That's right another pyrobatt log. I know your probably done listening to my ugly mug but rest assured...this will be epic. Lets get down to it...

Goals:strenght size

My stats are as follows
Age:23
Weight:243 at 11to 12%*I'm 6'5 relax*
current supplements:fish oil,orange triad mullti and creatine monohydrate*PROTEIN IS NOT A SUPPLEMENT!

Macros :107 g fat, 280 carbs and 280 protien at 3200 calories
Ill be upping them the second week to 3600 or 3700.

Doseage of maxbulk for this log will be at 3 caps/day for a total of 42 days. This is one bottle. Not to say I wont get another. Depends :)

Pct is as follows

Dpol,ergo test,5htp ,and every other day erase at 1 cap.

I'm starting tomorrow. Remember boys this 4 dhea converts to testosterone so my expectations are already sky high. Lets get er done!

We shall see andro factory. Friends or foes. This log will give us the answer. Until then I shall stare at you until you become extremely uncomfortable.

First dose today but a family member has fallen off a ladder. 3 story building. I gotta see them so rest day today unfortunately. 5 broken ribs,shattered elbow,fractured vertibres, 2 fingers on right hand broken and a broken pelvis.

Everyone note when you switch to dbs from barbels for a period of 3 months you get much stronger. Just saying. Updates to come.

I am afraid of rubber bands....seen someone get whipped and you will never use them again. Although....my rotator cuff work will be done with them.
 
Okay people I haven't gone to bbs in a couple months. 95 on dbs and now 265 on flat bench. Pretty impressive from 235.

Incline bb is now 165 from 145

Decline
.....I have to use barbels cause I go too heavy without a spotter to pick the dbs up and slam my back.

Still 180 for reps and 195 for strenght.

150 something on fly machine. More starting numbers to come.
 
Looks good to me. Good weight for sure. I switch back an forth on DB and BB, I do agree that DBs make the strength sky rocket.
 
Suggestion: Have you ever used Power Hooks to hold those heavy set dumbbells? Here is the link:

I've seen these used with long nylon cargo straps hung from power cage top bars to support the dumbbells (or using chains like in this link):

God I haven't done a hypertrophy routine in a while! 4 sets of 6 to 10 people. I'm ditching 5x5 to give my joints a rest.
What's worse? I did a set of 20 on squats today. Dear God....my legs are still burning. Getting back to the gym so updates later...

250 squat ass to ground and 350 * as of today * parallel.

170 hack squat

150 high Rep leg extension

610 calf raises on the leg press.

140 for 25 reps on back extension machine

I'm getting strong. Looking back 5 years ago I'm amazed.

Who else remembers getting stuck on 2 45 plates for squat? Man how far we come.

These are my starting leg numbers ladies.
 
Some of my back/bicep starting numbers:

Weighted pull ups *wide grip* 25 for reps 35 for 3to 5

1 arm row DB :sometimes 110 but 105 is "more comfortable" which for me means better form.

Bb bent over row:120 for 9 to 11 reps. Ill have to move up.

You may think these movements on same day is redundant but I can tell you 100% this is what works for me.
Helps my shoulder too. *rear Delts*

One arm concentration curl:30 for 6 to 12 reps

Last set drop set with 35 then 25 then 15

Hammer curls :35 for 10 to 15 reps. Ill have to go higher now.

Chin up *done with pull ups * 45 plate for reps.

I'm not listing my accessorie work due to the lameness. Who wants to brag about rear delt flys?

Shoulder numbers coming today.
 
Good advice. My rear delts need work.

Not only that but this also works stability. You can replace the free weights with cable rows which is great. Especially for people who have no connection with their lats/back. I'm a firm believer cable /machines will help you build mind muscle connection which will help later for a new trainee.
 
Shoulders routine changed.

3 sets of DB shoulder press at 85 lbs for reps and 2 sets of bb overhead press ..
Dropset! Whatttt? At 30 lbs * 3 10 plates * dropping one plate each time I reach failure until I'm just repping the bar. Burn baby burn.

Traps I do shrugs and facepulls. Shrugs at 100 for 4 sets of 8-15

Facepulls I do 60 lbs slowly for 10 to 20 reps

Also do deads on shoulder day. Why? Because I'm awesome.
450 for 5 reps. 5 sets. Only one I'm keeping 5x5 on cause it feels bad ass
 
No water retention yet. Not expecting much at all. Outa town till Monday. Work stuff. My schedule will be regularized then. Monday is chest and tri day. Tuesday is leg and ABS day. Wednesday is off day. Thursday is back and bis day. Friday is shoulder,dead,traps day. Weekend off.
 
Up a pound. I weigh every Sunday. Not sure if it was due to over eating or what

Squat update! New pr. Ass to ground 250 for 9 reps from 8.
 
Buhaha agression how I miss you. 1 arm row rep pr and weighted wide grip I got 2more reps on. 10reps on pull. Time to move up in weight.
 
Some db at the gym today ask me "what are you doing? I was dead lifting and because I was pulling from the rack and my feet wernt to his liking he decided to critq my form. Hes about as tall as I am and his form has his back rolled and his shoulder doing the work. Lol

Chest tris numbers plus myfitnesspal updates today. Anyone else not change their weight on the app? I just adjust calories lol!
 
Chest and tri numbers are all the same. Went for 2 more reps on the flat bench last set. Went up 2 reps in my tricep super set. Got a whopping 3 more on incline. Im deff getting stronger.

89 g of fats
337 g of carbs
285 g of protein.
200 calories left. Ill be spending them on some fruit. Can anyone say nectarines?
 
Heres a funny fact about most gyms. If you limited yourself to the weights left on the floor /not put back you could still get an awesome workout. Gratz to the guy who left 5 45 plates on each side of the smith machine. I decided to challenge his weight. I won. 12 reps brother. Dont usually do smith machine squats either. Lol
 
6 reps on the first set of deads 11 reps on shoulder press
35 for 6 reps on pull ups.

Sorry for the 2 days no update my daughter is going back to school and such. Fittest dad in the school it seems LOL!
 
Rep prs on all my chest and tricep
Weight on my flys went up 5 lbs

Reps on legday went up aswell! From 15 to 17 on squats. Im feeling really strong at the moment. My calfs went up in sitting raises 5 lbs

Hoping back day has more prs to come!

I believe at 3 caps per day I should be finished by the 6th of September because I started on the 26th. Im 3 weeks or so in. Weigh in numbers this weekend.
 
Adding forearm training for fun. Wrist curls and twist .

Prs on back day mostly reps. Went up in weight on rows 5 lbs .

Shoulder day im up 5 lbs on military press and 5 lbs on deads.

Weigh in shows im up 2 lbs.

246. Im not measureing bodyfat because I dont give a crap. I look 13% to 15 . Im gearing up for a cut after this anyway haha!
 
Chest day was pretty amazing. Im only at 3 soft gels but my flat bench is up 5 lbs and im at 11 reps so next week ill be moving up and im adding a little size.

My squat is up 5 lbs and I noticed a lot more power outa the hole. Teardrop is getting more defined thanks to max bulk,Jefferson squats,flexed pointed leg extension and wide stance leg press.
Killer combo if you want more leg action.

I tend to be able to add more volume on maxbulk sooner than other phs. Deff has great endurance.

Today is back,bicep and forearm/grip. Yes im training grip the day before deads. Arrest me .
