2 a days... impressive bro
I might have to give this a shot. I am currently doing 2 a days for cardio. 5km run in am fasted + plus weights session. Then 8km fast paced walk in the evening.
If anything my legs are getting sore from all the cardio lol... I wanna strip down to 200 (sitting 227 right now) and then give HDROL a go
Thats intense, but your seeing some awesome recomping results with that routine.
I like 2 a days but I find once I stick to it fo a couple weeks I feel pretty overtrained.

That's why last week after three days of it I slepot for an entire day {18hrs}. I could hardly keep my eyes open last Saturday. It felt so good. Workouts and rest.
