Alphamine

Been off alphamine for 6 days now. Luckily the hardest part is over! Wish me luck bros!
 
Thoughts on c20 for 4 weeks followed by alphamine for 4 weeks to get a full 8 of the n-cord..dopamine (can't rememer spelling) but the hardening agent lol.

Not going 8 weeks alpha bc the 4 weeks of c20 will be non stim ;)

That'd be fine. Should lean out quite nicely.
 
I am a skeptic on c20. I have a bottle and not sure if it "will" work on my never ending cut quest.

All I seem to do is recomp.

I've never used c20 but after using alphamine and seeing the hardening affects, the only product I could fin that has that ingredient and is non stim is c20! Much love to PES and usp. Two of the best.

Thanks for the support cheda. I ran c20 alongside EPRO and had amazing results but it's hard to say it had a huge factor. I do believe you followed that log?

Why would you cut when you can recomp?

Unless you actually need to be lighter. Let me keep my lean tissue!

I Google before I type anything. ;)

Even when I cut fat aggressively, I want my weight to stay as static as possible.
 
I am the master of staying within a similar weight range but making improvements. Slow progress over long term is great progress...too many people want to go too fast. :confused:

Going too fast is in my drive but realizing I need patience is in my judgement. I will continue to get stronger no matter the changes. That's what it's all about.

I have deliberately avoided coffee as well so when I go back on Alphamine I will enjoy it even more. :D

Same method I'm using. The taste of it without throwing carb loaded flavored creamer is just do unappealing after alphamine!
 
Quick qu. peeps:

I'm gonna have a quick month long cut with Alphamine, however I have recently bought some Enhanced as well. I've heard people say 2 scoops of alphamine in the morning and 1 enhanced before training, however is it better to stick to 3 scoops of alphamine a day and take no enhanced for my entire cut in order to maximise fat loss / muscle retention?

Two scoops of Alphamine and one scoop of Enhanced is fine. As always, assess your tolerance first. :)

I've already plagued you with loads of questions on other boards, but should have known you'd answer this one lol.

That's nice to know though. Should allow my alphamine tub to go a little bit further and I respond better to one Enhanced scoop than it at higher doses.

Still confused about the yohimbe situation, I can't find much info regarding the laws on its import / legality and now their are four products that I'm aware of that are sold in the UK containing it (such as Presurge, Uncut, Game Day).

Thanks again Ben, going by that list, products i've taken - App Nut Drive and ABE would be banned due to containing forskolin. :s

Seems like a confusing mess of legislation.



Anyway, on topic, has anyone ever gained strength while cutting with alphamine, if I can pull that off i'll be a very happy bunny.

That will be very training dependent, but the HICA should help maximize muscle retention and strength.

Here is the picture of brotato, sorry it was so long in taking me to get it to everyone here at Anabolic Minds. I think brotato was rooting around in the bottom dregs of my glass for the last of Alphamine and was flying all over the place in this one

lol it is a funny you say that, I was thinking to myself bodybuilders have no interest in brotato and then I wonder.
I bet LTL show that shot to his wife since he came out with with the name and I bet she will like brotato.
I try to download more but the files were to big, only that one was I able to get through.
