I think people misunderstood the label and thought there was actually 250mg of nitrates... no one labels it like that though whether its creatine nitrate,leucine nitrate etc

This. It was just a label misunderstanding. Each cap is 250mg of KNO3, so roughly 152mg of nitrate per cap.

Yep, I've placed two orders from there both arriving within a week. I believe I didn't receive a confirmation email until the day following my order though.
