Week/day- 3/1 Start of week 3! Now the fun really begins.
+/- LBS- Up just 1 lb but not looking for it to go up.
AM dosage- 20mg ultra sten, 600mg stano, 1 cap lean cuts all empty stomach as usual and 45min pre workout
PM dosage- 6 hours from first dose. 10mg ultra sten, 400mg stano, 1 cap lean cuts
PreWorkout-1.5 scoops of enhanced
Body part sculptured- Chest and biceps. Didnt super set today. Concentrated on going heavy.
Cardio- None. My lazy ass lol
Sides- Some hair shedding. Nothing to be alarmed of yet.
Libido- horny
Note- always waking up hype for the gym. Sleep patterns are good. Pumps insane as usual with great alpha male feeling. Strength and stamina are on point.

+/- LBS- 1 lb avg main reason it's not high it's because I'm gaining no water weight which I love. All lean gains.

Abs-10min
Cardio- None
Sides- A bit of hair shedding. Since going up to 30mg on ultra sten I've been more aggressive wit wifey and no patients. Been talking wit an attitude towards her and I feel bad lol. Today so far that side has not been a problem. We will see in the next few days.
