Sometimes when you hear that don't you just want to say... "I think you are taking your obsession with laziness and obesity too far..." or "Well I am just afraid if I stop I will end up like you..." Yeah not the most positive things to say but I would never actually say them. It is fun to think about the reaction, I mean do they think that what they are saying is any less offensive. Basically "Hey Man I think there is something wrong with you."

My good friends know when I come to a BBQ to make sure that there is plenty of meat, and always some lean meat. They know I have a protein shake in the car waiting if they don't have any foods I deem appropriate for that point in my diet and won't hesitate to go grab it. Even my Nana only cooks with 93/7 sirloin now when she invites us for dinner.

Now for your vacation, you have a great plan in keeping things moderate. I like to have most everything I can clean on vacation then have a meals here and there where I just don't care what I am having. You know a nice mix where I am still treating myself but also making sure I am adjusting other meals for damage control. Sometimes I will keep it to mostly protein all day then have a free meal for dinner. Either way enjoy yourself, but don't abuse yourself.

Haha so much going on in here todsy in my absence. Too much to multiquote lol I had a funeral this morning and spent the rest of the day with family. Gym might still happen later this after noon but we still have a bunch of running around to do. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Alright this will be my last update for probably a week. Went in and hit shoulders yesterday didn't keep track but wasnt anything special. Lat raises, lat raise machine, upright rows, DB swings, rear peck decks, 45 lb plate front raise, destroyer set and 1 set of 6 ways...the ususl lol woke up at 205 this morning just got done with a late night back session

Went in and hit back today. I only got in the gym once over vacation. So I figured this was gonna be rough. It actually felt pretty good. Gained about 6 lbs (morning weight) over vacation. 5 days of free eating was ok but I was ready to come back home to some normality and structure diet wise. Also drank zero water down there so i felt dehydrated all day today. Getting back on track today was actually much easier than I thought itd be. Meals are prepped for the week and ready to go. Now I have 100 logs to chisele my way through.
