My friend came back from his cruise. He doesn't wanna cut anymore so he gave me a little more than half bottle of px black since I told him I was logging it. So I figured I'd keep this party going!
 
The arm work out, had some fun with chains

hammer curls ss seated tricep press down
4 sets 12 each

Chain dips ss chain chin ups

Chain bb curls ss tricep extensions

Couple sets of leg raises and that's it

I'm always happy to find a company I can stick with, this is another example of the quality provided. I feel like the px and creatrona itself would have made this win. I'm just glad y'all listened to my rambling for this long..
 
Today my friend showed me this bench challenge at a gym and I figured I'd sign up.
It's this Friday so I have 3 training sessions planned to get back into the groove

I haven't bb benched in forever.

1 cap px, I needed to eat I'm eating slightly above maintenance to get my strength back then gonna weigh in dry, and get a super carb up on Friday.
4 caps Creatrona (I had some left over from when I bought it and it was the powder which is really convenient to mix into pre)

And if I do it's just light weight medium volume since I start incline mostly now.

I walked away to get water and when I came back some big dude was there easily 50 lbs more than me asked if I was done. When I said he can work in he said "nah I can't lift that" and walked away. I couldn't stop smirking

With these I actually emulated bench form in keeping my shoulders retracted and everything. And that's it

I bring back a power lifting focus and I think I looked even bigger than normal. Funny. I might keep bb in the routine

Yesterday I was stuffing gummy bears down my gullet to get a little more energy for the comp.

At 194.4 (weighed AFTER) that kinda threw me off. But oh well happy with that honestly I don't think I could have pressed much more

No doubt about that. Im curious how you placed too.

I'm thinking 3rd or 4th. It was lb for lb strongest and one guy weight 204 benched 380 and another guy weighing like 247 put up like 460 so their ratio was higher. I was first place of the naturals lets say that. Lol

I'm going back in a couple days to see if my name is on the wall or not. That's really all it was for but that's a good enough reason for me. And it's like an introductory "meet" they are thinking of actually having real ones so if I can help manifest that then HYFR lol
 
Oh and thanks, my previous pr was 375 at 198 but that was a lot if bench work. I'm honestly surprised I retained the strength since I was complaining about it dropping earlier in the log
 
That pound for pound thing will always favor the lighter lifter as stength is non lnear. There should be some kind of formula to figure it out so it's more realistic.

I'm going to, I just don't have an account over there.

My laptop fan is malfunctioning so I have to replace it or else risk parts overheating and a 30 dollar replacement becomes a 900 dollar new laptop.

It sucks the replacement process means literally taking my laptop apart, down to the keyboard lol
