One of the first to get STIMUL8ED!!!

meh - I'm not..personally, I am not a fan, definitely mixed feelings on this
America's embracement of this "boosting T" thing is really getting off the chain, with MANY ppl who really do not need this, being prescribed TRT from borderline quack doctors who are happy to write you a script as long as you (or your insurance) is paying them well..(mkretz is 23 yers old! I mean, c'mon man)

and the ones who cannot get a script, are self-medicating..
I personally think there is a lot of ignorance in this whole area

the culture here is funny: everything has to be bigger, better, stronger..
we have to have the latest greatest technological release - even tho what we currently have and are using is just fine..
and it spirals to having to work more and make more $, just to keep up with supporting the extravagances of our lifestyle, so you work more, causing stress and a host of other issues in an already grossly overindulged society

the mouse keeps spinning in his wheel round & round..americans are spoiled

ridiculous..
forgive my rant, I am done

It does suck...we tried a restart a few times....although I'm having a surgery in sept and am thinkong of trying my own restart with more than just clomid...what do u think? What would u r ecommend for it

I can not (and will not) advise you on such course of action friend, sorry
just not something I wish to be involved in; nor am I the expert in such matters - tho there are a couple knowledgeable guys you can find around the boards who do have no problem discussing such things, and have more insight than I would
whatever you choose to do - best to you in that regard

Definitely not a rant. If anything that was a great reality check.

quick note on yesterdays workouts....back/bis, SOOO focused it was rediculous and btw i tried taking just 3/4 scoop and it was amazing! such good contractions, feeling it today for sure.......

todays workout was jsut cardio and a little bit of abs, no stimul8 today

decline oblique crunches 4 sets 10-15

weighted decline crunch 3 sets of 12 drop on last set

rope crunch 4 sets of 25

lying side to side leg raises while holding 135 lb barbell

will be killin chest/tris with a bodybuilder friend tomorrow so should be intense to finally train with someone that trains with some intensity, cant wait!!! look forward to a stimul8ed workout and post tomorrow!

great focused, intense workout with my buddy today, a little shorter than my typical workout, but felt good for sure, had a really nice pump going even with low carbs yesterday. Did a couple things in different order than normal which is a nice switch up.

incline db press
70x8
70x8
75x6+2 - pr - felt nice usin the 75s!
75x5+3
50x15 - my buddy commented on how i go real low and keep constant tension on all my reps....glad someone gives credit to proper form! Ive also been really focusing on pausing in the stretch position, feels good (hurts lol) and think teh whole fascia stretching idea sounds decent in regards to muscle growth.

heavy flat DB flys - been years since ive done heavy flys, this was def. a nice switch up
45x10
45x12
45x12
45x10+2
35x20!

decline db press
65s - pr usually use 60 4 sets 8-12 - drop to 50lb x 5 on last set

dips - 4 sets to failure with great ROW slow negatives and good contractions at the top with minimal rest.....sick pump

flat db twist press - twist form neutral to regular position, gives a great contraction and finisher- 3 sets of 10

1 arm rev grip cable ext straight on to the station supersetted with facing to the side of the station to hit the tri from a different angle. ( i like this way a lot cuz u can brace ur elbow on your body so your form stays perfect. - 4 sets 10-15

neutral grip db skull crusher, 3 sets 10-12 forced reps on last 2 sets

rope pressdown 4 sets 10-15 drop on last set

still ot a few servings of stimul8 left which is awsome, today was teh first day i noticed an increased pump, not sure why, but i am not complaining. Also want to note that there is no crash ever off of this,if anything it lasts for a longtime, always feel alert after taking this.

I see stimul8 keeps delivering;)

Sounds like you're having a blast!!!

Looking solid! The try flexing and stretching between sets if you are trying to stretch facsia. Gets three blood rushing into the muscle even more.

^^ this
power stretching/hard flexing of muscles being worked between sets has long been a "secret" approach to squeezing more growth out of the muscle tissue

I do this a lot. People often look at me funny but hey, the pump is unreal.

Yea...I used to do that in a fst 7 style...loved it, don't know why I got away from it...thanks for the reminder!!

let's do it.....:) just for fun
LOL
had a client who worked out there, and I train my ppl wherever they go..
soon as I walked thru the door, I started getting nasty looks from the staff there
they don't want bb'ers at that place -- aerobics, FTW!

Problem is, most owners here in holland associate bb with the old school look from the eighties...and steroids...

complete bs ofcourse......staff people are just jealous....jealousy is so childish;)

Does any of the older guys here remember the old Spyder Stretch workout system? Way before DC, or FST-7 was Spyder you would do your work sets then immediately go into a weighted stretch on the muscle. I am pretty sure it was called Spyder and was an acronym for something. Anyway I used that for a bit and man it was beast mode!

[still waiting for older guys to chime in here..not seeing any] :p

anyway, no I do not remember it chris..prolly was in the time I refused to look at the abundant and numerous "programs" out there, as this seems to be the time period that segment exploded with everyone trying to push their own thing..
of course, I dint think it could get any worse; and then, there is now

meh, whatever works for you..but yes - deep fascia stretching is nothing new, in fact I would say it originates in the 60s at least

Okay I had to go look it up... this is from an article at T-Nation, Now finding the actual program a little different but this thing was pretty cool when I did it.

"Now, if you could score the Nov. ’97 issue of Muscle Media, our very own TC writes about another form of stretching called "SPIDER" which stands for Stretching with Pre-Induced Defense by Eccentric Repetitions. This concept was developed by Torbjorn Akerfeldt who felt that remodeling connective tissue surrounding muscle cells (thought of as bags or girdles that restrict muscle growth) will give them extra space to grow.

However, much like Parrillo, Akerfeldt contends that the conditions must be right for this to occur: a) the pump contributes to muscle growth due to compartmental stretching induced by muscles filled with blood, and b) overfeeding increases IGF-1, Testosterone and insulin. Keep in mind that stretching can increase IGF-1 release 12 fold. IGF-1 mediated activation of satellite cells peaks after 3 to 7 days of stretching so perform SPIDER stretching sparingly, maybe one week out of every month. "

Final reviews are always bitter sweet. Lets see what you think!

im not sure what happened but i opened mytub today and its liek water got in it somehow, all the powder was crusted up so i basically ate like 1/2 a scoop (prety damn strong lol) and just shook t rest with water, not wasting it haha worked pretty well.

I was super determined going into the gym so the fact that the workout was intense was not a suprise but jus how intense was crazy, no doubt stimul8 fueled this intensity, best workout on stimul8 no doubt just for the sheer lack of rest throughout, insane focus, and was dripping in sweat

got all that done in 1.5 hours - i was moving!!!! felt amazing

Final Review!

taste - 8.5/10 - the powder literally tastes like a candy sucker.....when mixed with water the taste changed a little bit....still like a sweet and sour apple just not as strong....still very good. like i mentioned the taste is different than any apple i have tried and different than the apple BCAA+SAA if you have had that which is more of like a apple cider and lemonade mix

pump- 8/10- pumps were definitely increased but not like i have had with other products. Although sometimes the pump was amazing so it was a little hit or miss with me. Im guesing there is creatona in it which had the same efffect, sometimes the pumps were rediculous and sometimes just mediocre. over all though, much better than average.

focus- 9.5/10- this is where i noticed something for sure. The focus was great!!!! much different than i had ever experienced. I dont know what is in it that is doing it but it is a focus on par with craze for me at least....a different focus, hard to explain but great!

Energy - 10/10 - well .... stimul8 def. lives up to its name lol, i woudl hope it would. Crazy strong long lasting energy, no crash.I am very stim tolerant, almost always taking double the recommended dosage of preworkouts and somedays i didnt even use a full scoop of this, this stuff is legit. You will def. be getting your moneys worth per serving with this!

strength - 8.5/10 - set a couple prs which is great for such a short run

Endurance - 8.5/10 - I think this goes along with the pump aspect, some days endurance was ridiculous good and seemed to recover in seconds, and others it was just average....but when it was on, it was incredible

Overall 9/10 - this really depends on what you are looking for, if you are looking for a great bag for your buck, great energy and focus and a kick ass workout then stimul8 is for you. It is made by finaflex so u know its gotta be a great product. I have never tried a product from them that was not great and this is no different. You just need to find the right dose for you and I think you will be pleasantly suprised

nice review mkretz! very thorough, easy to read
enjoyed following you here..we appreciate the time, and best to you going forward man :)

Thanks man thanks to everyone for following along it was awesome....a lot dof companies don't even put in the effort to follow th e logs of the people they give them to...it takes time and dedicatoon, great reps just another reason wjy finaflex is top of the line
