That was my breaking point bro. I couldn't even DL 315 once after that pull. Figured I needed a break to recollect myself
 
Two days now where I've hit 5 meals! This is a breakthrough for me. My appetite was crashed for about a month before this. I'm gonna attempt tracking macros again starting today. This first week back is brutal. My whole body is sore as fwark and lethargy is peaked. Hopefully next week I adapt properly

In my defense Wendler says to go max rep on the last set of 531 or whatever you're on for the week. I happen to be on my 3x5week at 300 which is 65% of 450 which is 90% of my estimated 1rm of 500...

Lol. But it did feel good to do deadz again. A little over a week ago I wouldn't have been able to lift 300 one time! Lol

Shouldn't your last set be 85% on week 1? so 382.5?

I mean believe me I have done high rep deads before, but I just usually get sore as hell at that point. My high rep deads are like 6-7 now. LOL!

I know what you mean, on my heavy week (5-3-1) I want to just do 1 rep sometimes, but then I remember that I won't grow if I do that. So I am force to do reps of some stupid heavy weight.


And you made me want some shine bad, I haven't had any in a few months but I quit drinking too. not that I did much before, just socially. But still bad.

I built one of those as well. Definitely takes the guesswork out of the next YEAR.

I'll have to refine mine to include FSL, down and joker sets.

Ended up using another bag of carrots and 3 more cucumbers. Oh and I juiced a sizable chunk of ginger root and spread loaded that shyt in with the lot

So is that pulp? Are your juices without pulp? Can you select how much pulp your juice winds up with? Do you just freeze and thaw when ready to drink since you're not adding preservatives? Remember, 7th grade level over here.

Yeah that was the pulp, seemed like over ten lbs when I pulled the bag out of the catcher. Always with very little to no pulp. The juicer concept is to get only juice, though some pulp does get by. I used to bash em for that reason alone, since there are so many nutrients/antioxidants in the pulp, but trust me its very good. No pulp selector switch on mine but some of the juicers above $200 might have one, dunno. I just put em on the top shelf of my fridge where it gets the coldest. They last all week just fine. I got 18 jars that I try to fill every Sunday during meal prepping, so by consuming one to two daily me n the wife finish em off by the end of the week...

If you're thinking about getting one check out Bed Bath & Beyond. We got $50 off our purchase from a coupon found online and used it in store. Just make sure to get a high quality one, the cheapies a burn out all the time...
 
Went to Subway w/ some guys for lunch at work & ran into this guy from the gym. We were talking in line as we waited and since he was telling me how successful his cut has been, I asked what he did to drop the weight - he says, right in front of my co-workers, "I started juicin'!"

I just stared blankly for a moment when, thankfully, he added, "Man, I never thought a juicer would be so handy, but as soon as I went to liquid meals 3x/day the weight just started falling off!"

Phew. THAT was close. Almost got reeeeeally awkward.
