Sleeping issues are unfortunately hereditary in my family. I never seem to sleep long enough or deep enough, so I'm not too fussed about the dreaded trensomnia.

Agreed. Although I do get prescribed ambien, but whenever I take it I end up just building **** and throwing up. So I just have it piled up. Blah it's 450am what to do!

Lol I get prescribed hypnadorm which is a cousin of the date rape drug. Puts me out for 5 hours stone cold. Only get enough for 30 days every three months tho so I still have to use it sparingly.

Got wifey to pin my left glute. Smooth as this time around. I'm thinking the volume increase of my last pin must've been what caused the pain last time. So I foam rolled my left quad, where I had the cork from my last pin. Ouch. Not fun whatsoever!! But it actually feels good now so alls good. I did however have to switch things up so I hit chest today, and will hit back tomorrow. Was strapped for time but still got down there and hit a decent enough workout.

Libido is good not having any issues in that department, nips depending on the day can be quite sensitive, no dry joints or noticeable bloat. Weight is sitting around the same as it has been for the last two weeks, might look at bumping cals up to 3700 or 4k for the remainder.

Good looking Chest workout! 265 for 8 is great! We have that chest machine where the weight goes from your mid section to over your head that's a good stretch!

Dang! I go to 2 different Gyms. I thought that was bad! Lol well here's the thing on machines. I mix it up to attack the muscle from different types of workouts. They say free weights bulk and cables can rip. so I mix it up. I know it depends on weight but I watch some of the personal trainers, they love cables but I need my free weights

Yeah it gets a bit rough sometimes but I do like the variety. I always mix it up too I can't do things like DB flyes due to shoulder issues so I always incorporate cable work. That constant tension cable work does always gives an awesome pump.

Damn brother, nice work. Those numbers seem like they have really improved the last year. The high cables really impress me because I think a comfortable weight I use at that stage of a workout would be 25-35. Way to pump out those reps sir.

While grip strength is always a bit of an issue on deads etc I use my straps on most exercises due to my heavy callused hands. Needless to say I went light, with high reps and mixed up a few exercises.

Had to hold on to most things with just my fingers no palm. Not used to the high reps, it was actually quite a refreshing change from heavy lifting.
Bumped cals up today to around the 3700 point and will keep them there for now. 3729 calories 337g protein 365g carbs 104g fats.
Sides are all in check. Feeling pretty good about how things are going so far.
Looking forward to putting 2.5ml in my right quad tomorrow. :)
 
Do you know how hard it is to force feed yourself dry chicken breast and sweet potato at 4am when you've been up all night. ****ing hard. Lol

Don't know wtf is up with night shift nutrition, I've been looking for some decent info re night time Nutrition as I always feel full, bloated and disgusting, eating the same as I do on day shift.

It hits me hard at night too!

Alot of it comes down to schedule, my wife is very flexible with my night schedule. Everything flipsflops 24hrs exactly ie: on days i wake up at 3am to workout and in bed by 830 or 9pm, on nights i wake at 3pm and go to bed after gym at 830 or 9am.

With that the eating stays at the same times just switched 24hrs....it takes a bit to get the stomach used to it. It is however that eating is the best thing to promote the circadian rhythm...days or nights.

Also i work nights 8months out of the year.

My schedule never really changes, I think my main issue is I'm always changing from days to nights to days off, my body doesn't really get a chance to adjust.

It's all about the shtting schedule isn't it! Nothing ruins a man's day like a missed dump.

You'd actually be surprised its the same time every day whether day shift or night shift. It's good that some things don't change :)

So I played around with my pramipexole dosing.... Took it on a full stomach before work. Bad idea. About four hours after dosing, just like last time, felt sick in the stomach, tried eating to settle the stomach not long after I was spewing my ring out for around an hour and got sent home from work. Going to try splitting the dose and lowering it in general. Ill be back in town today so ill go and grab some of those thing threefs mentioned. Hit some arms before work.

Can't remember what I did but I did a ****load. Supersetted everything. Had an awesome pump it was actually painful, and I was having issues moving my arms lol. Finished off with 10 sets of calves

Sides are all in check for now. Except the prami sides mentioned above. Diet was clean but I did spew most of it up so I'm not sure what I actually kept down lol.
 
Man everyone is having nasty sides from prami. Any chance you could get and run caber instead? I've hear of people having a lot less trouble with it.

There's also this stuff called prolactrone that I've read nothing but good reviews about. It's an OTC thing that they actually sell at np but everything I've read says dosed right you get all the benefits and none of the prami/caber sides. Just a thought

I can get caber but it takes 3 weeks to get here in oz. Ive heard good things about prolactrone but again I'm in the same boat as it takes weeks to get here. Unless I can find some locally I'm up **** creek stuck with prami.

Don't know how I missed this post. Thanks for that LTL. I've made some decent progress over the last year. I did hit 285 when I was on Epi so I'm hoping I should be able to smash that by the end if this run! Love cables for chest, that constant tension is killer!

Been doing some more indepth research on prami, looks like it actually has a nickname "puking prami" lol. From what I've read I've been taking too much. I have been dosing 2.5mg e4d. I'm going to start dosing .5mg eod starting tomorrow. Apparently starting at low doses then adjusting up as needed is a way to avert this spewing side effect!

But too high and you freakin hallucinate! It happened to me @ 4 mg. I woke up last night soaked in sweat, crippled low back from dead lifts, and took everything I had no not vomit from the prami!

I don't think ill be going that high lol if 2.5mg makes me spew my ring out no way will I go near 4mg lol. Haha yeah well it's got to have something going for it lol.

Felt really good today. I could have honestly spent all day in the gym. The shoulder pump was really painful. Felt good in a weird sort of way.
Nips were a bit sensitive today but since taking exemstane it seems to have subsided. Been having some strange muscle cramps today, mainly in my biceps and forearms. Took some magnesium and they also seem to have subsided.
Calories bit low as today was supposed to be an off day, been shoveling down as much as I can after the gym tho. Sitting at 3143 266g protein 277g carbs 119g fats. Will probably have a shake and some natty pb before bed just to get up to 3500kcals.
 
So it's 520am, been awake for an hour. Think I can officially count trensomnia onto my side effects list. If I'm up I might as well go hit the gym early right? I can see two a day training if I'm going to be up at this hour.
 
Benadryl. I'm hitting that hard, 2 caps usually keeps me out for a few hours. It's funny because my body would be tired but my mind would be awake.

So trensomnia reared its ugly head. Will just have to wait it out and see how bad it gets before I take steps to alleviate it. Nips bit sensitive but not worse than they have been. Appetite is through the roof! Pin went smooth in my left quad. Slight cork but nothing like last time.
Diet was awesome today. Really enjoyed eating a ton today for some reason. Diets sitting at 3500 but I still have a massive serving of pad Thai to go 4kcals easy by bedtime.

Yeah buddy! Been steadily increasing my squat week to week, just waiting on this tren strength I've heard so much about. I always massage the site for a good couple minutes, this time was far better than last one at this site. That shít was painful lol.
