What is your favorite cheat meal?

Last Paycheck came in from Substitute teaching, so that means i had extra money for my cheat meal. So i got 2 lunch orders of General Tso's and Mongolian Shrimp, Egg Drop Soup and a Pork Fried Egg roll.

Agree 100% .. know you can win before you go or else its not worth the fasting and prep for it.

Tomorrow is my refeed. I'm at a loss for what to have. Right now all I have written down is... mashed potatoes. Any ideas guys??

I'd do the chicknpizza works challenge. I just need to find the time. Its hard for me to get out for even a little while between work, school work, house work, taking care of my pregnant wife and a special needs toddler. My hands are pretty full most of the time lol
 
Cheese whizz is the devil. Lol can't stand it. Melt some asiago on there.

On a side note while I was eliminating foods systematically from my diet to try to find an intolerance I tried out nutritional yeast while cutting dairy. It's a vegan cheese substitute that has fiber and some vitamins commonly lacking in a veggie-only diet. Wasn't bad at all in my omlettes with my spice blend. I use it regularly now when cutting cals.

So many better places then ginos those places like ginos and pats are good but those are just the big name places tourist go to

Exactly, it had a ton of hype, and my buddy (who you can see next to me) Just competed in a show at Drexel about 4 years ago (when this was taken) Ill have to do some better research next time i venture like i am right now for my vacation coming up to Colorado, Idaho, Salt Lake City and Yellowstone. My brother and I are gonna try to hit some Man vs Food places or Diners Drive in and Dives.

See what happens!
 
Don't believe the hype...
I find that true. Mediocrity impresses many but the best places are usually dives down the street from the hype and little to no lines. My buddy said the same thing when he went to Geno's

Which ones were you planning on going to in Colorado?

When your in Colorado you can probably skip The Sink if that was on your list. It's decent but nothing to write home about.
 
So basically I couldn't decide on one thing and got a little bit of everything I've been craving for all week - Sushi, sweet potato fries, seasoned rice and beans, turkey chili, and a plate of dessert (brownies, cookie, and cannoli). I went for the cannoli first as you can see lol.

I recommend chinks steaks well now called joes steaks but ill always call it chinks check em out when you get a chance there in northeast Philly small place you'll be lucky to get a table depending on the time you go but you can always get takeout too

Dairy Queen ice cream
ingredients, Milkfat and Nonfat Milk, Sugar, Corn Syrup, vanilla flavoring, and stabilizers.

Technically not ice cream, ice cream is made from egg yolks. Ice cream is basically a Creme anglaise that is churned until frozen.

Custard is made from straight egg yolks, that is still ice cream. Go look at some "Ice Cream" In the grocery store, not all of them have egg yolks in it brother :)

I'm saying true ice cream, just because you put a name on a product doesn't make it so. Velveeta and Kraft American cheese call them selfs cheese but there not.
