The suggested dose is 2 scoops morning and 1 scoop later in the day. My question is can I just dose 1 scoop 3 times a day. I wake at 6am. Lift at 11am. And do cardio at 6pm. So I'd be taking one scoop for each of those 3 times.
Yes they'll be 2 hrs after a meal minimum. Except for my midday dose. That's about 1-1.5 hrs after a meal cuz I dose is with a scoop of enhance for pre workout. Kinda scared to dose that combo on a 2 hr empty stomach.
I've used the 1/1/1 protocol and do fine with it. 2 scoops at once is sometimes too powerful for me. Or if I have a long day I like to break it up for 3 doses. I do quite well with it
