What is your favorite cheat meal?

Not sure if y'all have Giordano's pizza but I knock down 3/4 of a large deep dish with a layer of sausage under the cheese. My wife and daughters divy up the remaining 1/4 amongst themselves

Please stop....I go to college 40 minutes west of chicago and I have been craving Giordanos...only bad thing is I'm back home in indiana for the summer. Damn I think I might have to go buy one of their frozen ones. They're not as good but they're still pretty damn good. Hmmm...but all this ice cream you guys talk about makes me want to try that peanut butter world ben and jerrys. Decisions, decisons.

If i ever go to chicago this is a must....

Go there, seriously. Also, hit up portillos or als beef. @ portillos try the chocolate cake shake for dessert. It is so sweet and rich it almost makes you sick, but its pretty damn good.

Hungry howies, had it tonight. Ranch pepperoni pizza

Uhhhh I feel so sick right now. Just had a "cheat day"
All you can eat champagne brunch...killed it
First plate-French toast, scrabbled eggs, and bacon
Second plate- prime rib, ham, chicken breast and veggies
Third plate-sushi rolls, seared ahi and veggies
Fourth plate-cheese cake, chocolate cake, carrot cake
Fifth plate- cinnamon roll, crape and a coffee

Lunch...12 oz steak with salad

Dinner chicken breast, baked potato, macaroni salad
Desert- "yogurtland" chocolate shake yogurt tipped with butter fingers, Heath bar, brownies, Reese pb cups and chocolate chips

I feel sooooo sick/full

I knew that going into it. I woke up this morning extremely dry and pumped! I'm ready to go kill legs

I think the problem for most is "portion control"
we eat our normal meals and know what we need to hit our calories and limits

when we go to buffets we just eat everything in sight (not a smart idea)
and then since we started to eat crappy we continue the trend the rest of the day when getting back on some quality meals would be logical. Thats why personally i always suggest saving the CHEAT MEAL for your last meal if possible because then you go to bed and have nothing else and get back on track the next day.

or for your cheat meal i always suggest:

Split an appetizer
Get a salad or some veggies
Get an entree
and get a dessert and move on.

keep it simple and keep it done.

if you stuff yourself stupid in the morning, then continue to eat junk all day and feel worse and worse sometimes you need to listen to your body about what your doing and how your feeling.

Good tip! This is how I'm going to approach my refeed today. Already had overnight oats for brrekkie. Lunch will be the usual, and dinner will be my cheat meal. Going to treat myself to DQ smores blizzard. :)

The wife is treating me to DQ for fathers day later. Any suggestions from the guru?

Read the last page and half the posts relating to a certain blizzard :)
Done Deal.

I know! I had a smores one last weekend looking for another suggestion!

Took my father in law and dad (and the rest of our family) out for some southern (serious homestyle) deep fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, cole slaw and home made bread (they keep bringing it out to you as long as you want). So that was my cheat meal... but im still going to have ice cream tonight :) 2nd street tons of brownie

I tried Matè drink for the first time in my life today. It's a sort of Latin American "tea" that is a mix of herbs and Yerba Matè... Oh lawd Jesus, I was pumped as if I hit the meth pipe... It aids and helps the intestines absorb everything after drinking it... Basically it's the ****, I recommend everybody try Matè at least once, it's a great natural stim, it makes green tea look like a muscle wasting bum.

DQ Smores Blizzard - 3.5/5

I love traditional smores so I was excited to hear DQ came out with a S'mores Blizzard. I haven't been to DQ in years so I thought I'd treat myself to some after my workout today. First impression, lots of chocolate piece mix ins. Every bite had at least 2-3 pieces. The soft serve was just OK, nothing special, and the marshmellow was faint. Also, I would have preferred bigger pieces of graham crackers because I was expecting 1-1 ratio on chocolate pieces and graham crackers. However, the graham cracker was grounded super fine like a graham cracker powder. I could still taste it but wasn't impressed by that. Overall, not too bad. Would I purchase again? Probably not, but it was a nice treat to enjoy on a warm day! Brought back lots of childhood memories. :)

My Father's Day meal

Cooked fathers day dinner for my dad tonight, here is a shot of the grill. Some things were already cooked and inside. Planked Fresh Salmon steaks, asparagus, mixed veggies, chicken breast, grilled marinated pineapples, ran out of grill room so the loaded potatoes were cooked inside as was the caramelized onion and roasted peppers that topped the salmon.
I'm no cook but I'm happy in front of a grill.
Dessert was homemade cinnamon rolls but my fiancé gets credit for those.

Dang bro your pops was probably ecstatic with that spread, nice grilling skills looks great. Wooddevour/10

He loved it, killed the whole spread between the two of us and what little my mom ate. Great cheat day. Asparagus picked up the smokey flavor from the cedar as well. My only regret is that we have no leftovers lol

If I drive down to you and buy some nomnoms would you be willing to do a video colab with me? Just saying. Keep it up. The solution heats up the kitchen for a fire obsessed bat. Can they train with just as much intensity as they bring to the kitchen? Stay tuned kids.

Always welcome. I have an extra room with a full bed and dresser etc.
