Hey guys, Im currently 200lb and estimating somewhere from 13-15% bodyfat. I would like to cut/recomp. I have been lifting for 3 years now and use normal supplements like multivitamins, whey, creatine, BCAAs, fish oil, preworkouts, etc. but this will the first time I am venturing past that.
I have (or will have) 2 Erase Pro bottles, D-pol and I am thinking about buying Alphamine (Also Would it be worth $16 to add in Vanillean too?)
So Far:
Week 1: Erase Pro + ( As soon as the D-pol and Alphamine arrive)
Week 2: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
Week 3: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
Week 4: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
Week 5: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
Week 6: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
Week 7: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
Week 8: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
Would you guys suggest anything else?
I will be keeping a log and posting pics often so I can keep track of how this works out as well
My diet is very clean, 50% protein 25% carbs 25% fat. I will be doing cardio 20min 2x day and lifting 4 days a week. I am currently eating 2,800 but am planning on trying 3000 on the stack and then adjust from there.
