I feel like you could be loading your lats a little better. I see them flexing and unflexing in the video. Ideally, we'd like them to be tight and flared the whole time. When I bring it out of the rack, I pull it down until my lats "lock up" if that makes any sense. That's a little bit below my pec line. I take it as far as my lats will let me, then the weight will be carried in your lats instead of your shoulder.
