Depends on your weight and tolerance honestly. I weigh around 194 now and I'm not stim tolerant or sensitive and around 1.5-2 works just great for me.
We're about the same weight. I weigh 193 and I'm 6'1". I like me some stims, definitely not sensitive. I'll start with one scoop and go from there
The first day of Supp-d will be mon. I'm very excited to try this! I opened the tub of raspberry lemon rage today and it smells pretty good. Thanks again to NLA and Garcia for the opportunity to log this great pre w/o!

Take it easy big dog. I would start with 1 maybe a little more. SuppD hit me hard, like og Craze hard. Stim to the max. I loved my run with SuppD but 2 scoops right off the bat will have you jumping off the walls and feel like you are crawling out of your skin

Be prepared to wanna train your ass off! My rest periods have decreased quite a bit since starting Supp-D

Wow, that's great to hear! I like stims and definitely like the OG craze, i still have 2 tubs of it! I just starting off with one level scoop.
Craze just gave me (in this order) a horrible after taste. tunnel vision and lastly a bad crash.
The after taste is bad, the tunnel vision is out of this world but I never really experienced a crash

Weird. I <3 MM and get no bad sides from it besides occasional headaches but I'm sure that's just a hydration problem. It's been a long time since I used it and I have a few of loose ends since then.
Ya most people are the same way.. no crash but for me I'm good for a couple of hours and then boom I wanna take a nap. Not sure what it is.

I was going to wait until after my workout to post but I had to throw a post in now! I just mixed up my raspberry lemon rage SUPP-D and I somewhat followed the mixing directions, I put 1 scoop in 10oz of water and the taste was good and strong so I filled my shaker almost full with water and all I have to say is the flavor is amazing! It tastes just like a flavored water packet you put in your bottled water! It doesn't taste like a supplement at all! Two thumbs up NLA on the flavoring, with all the supplements that I've tried this takes number 1!
Ok, one word for my initial impression for supp-d, WOW!
I took one level scoop and within ten min I could feel that stim head buzz, not over powering but just right. All the way through my workout I had the cleanest energy I have ever experienced! It's almost two hrs since my workout ended and I still have the same clean energy. I am not sensitive to stims at all, I can handle a lot so just having one scoop totally surprised me with the amount of energy I got.
So I kept the weight a little lower cause rest periods were super short. Another great thing was the pump! My chest was rock hard and full to the max! The line down the center of my chest was perfectly defined. So for my initial impression I have to say supp-d is a winner. I will definitely be buying this!
Hmm havent tried diluting it. I like having as little solvent as possible, like even when jack3d was big I would mix 3 scoops in like 4-5 ounces of water and mix it forever til it was good.
Seems interesting though if I need to study or something!
I'm not a big fan of full flavored drinks so 1 scoop of supp-d with 10oz of water was strong for me. That's why I filled up the shaker up and it was one on the best flavors I've ever had!(not including supplements) I love flavored water packets or that liquid that you squeeze in water and this is better than any of those!

I sure you use Supp-d and was just wondering if it leaned you out as well? In a week of eating clean and lifting I dropped 5lbs.
