I knew I was screwed right from the start. I'm 6'1 230 and this guy who is about 5'4 120 with a bad case of littlle guy syndrome is the customer service manager...id hate to have to overhead press this little fella into the ceiling.

My wife loves wallmart, I don't like even stepping inside...Oh I wasn't shopping. I had to take our kids tablet back that they got for xmas because they broke. So it was a whole differant animal.

Wal-Marts in the south aren't bad, I find up north and out west seem to be the crux of my apocalypse. I do try to avoid them where I'm at now, plus Target is within walking distance of my house

Today was a schedualed rest day but I was bored. Went in and did some abs and calvs. Also did some light tricep and chest work to stretch it out. Foam rollled my chest for about ten minutes afterwards. Felt good to go in with no plan or timed rests and just have fun. Even with the light sets I had some new veins coming out in the triceps. Always excited about those![]()
I don't have triceps yet so I'm not too worried about the veins.

Well I went in today to make up for stopping my chest workout the other day when my shoulder freaked out. Warmed up and felt good but my first set on flat bench testing it under a bit of a load didn't feel good at all. Dropped the weights dramatically today and hit higher reps with two count contractions.
Good Pump though

By the way I did go 5 day split on FST-7 and I really like it. I seem to be adding mass in PCT and I like how I am able to focus on each body part, seems to add something.
FST7 has by far been the most effective program I have ever tried (do a 5 days split). I can't seem to do it for more than about 10-12 weeks a time, but it works well. Like yourself, I am not so sure about the Fascia stretching...High volume does wonders for me. I don't fully believe in the Fascia Stretching aspect of the program but I like the high volume and heavy sets mixed together.Also there are so many differant ways to build the program. Pre exhaustion with FST7FST7 at the end for flush setsFST7 compound movements for crazy peopleIts very versitile indeed.
