Haha def. don't get all that each day. I usually swap carb sources around. Quinoa sweet potatoes grapefruit one day quinoa Ezekiel bread grape fruit the next ect. No real pattern just whichever sounds good for the day. The only constant that I have everyday is the quinoa and most days sweet potatoes.
Quinoa is good stuff man...macro-wise. I like to mix it with a can of tuna.
