decided to give this carbing up thing a try so I got some cereal with low sugar (like 4 grams per serving) and had a couple bowls worth. Then got 4 pieces of wheat toast and drank like a quart of water and had 2 caps ALC CLA
Went to a nearby boxing gym today bc my mom wanted me to try it. Really good cardio!
then I downed 2 scoops of Supp-D and went to the gym!

Making sure I hit at or near my average numbers for each weight no matter how fatigued I was. I like these because the lower weights give me as good as a contraction as the higher ones. Basically using the same force no matter what weight is on the bar, idk nice mental trick that works for ME.

That was money, I love these. You keep the dumbbells touching and you touch the plate closest to your face right on the collar bone and explode up and the tension is unreal.

Feeling pretty good about comp. love how my back is staying wide, I was hoping lowering my weight wouldn't decrease my size, glad I'm doing it nice and slow
