decided to give this carbing up thing a try so I got some cereal with low sugar (like 4 grams per serving) and had a couple bowls worth. Then got 4 pieces of wheat toast and drank like a quart of water and had 2 caps ALC CLA

Went to a nearby boxing gym today bc my mom wanted me to try it. Really good cardio!

then I downed 2 scoops of Supp-D and went to the gym!

didnt take creatrona today but I also didnt have my swoll-n :/

Making sure I hit at or near my average numbers for each weight no matter how fatigued I was. I like these because the lower weights give me as good as a contraction as the higher ones. Basically using the same force no matter what weight is on the bar, idk nice mental trick that works for ME.

Feeling pretty good about comp. love how my back is staying wide, I was hoping lowering my weight wouldn't decrease my size, glad I'm doing it nice and slow

ya, I used to kick box with my friend when I was at A&M really fun stuff. We would warm up with that every workout.

and for sure 30 minutes pass by without you even realizing it because you are focusing on combo's and bringing your hands back into position. If not you get popped in the head by a pad :P haha
 
Gotta love the vascularity. Thats one thing i love about getting leaner, always discovering new veins.

I haven't been lifting these last 2 days.

My allergies are so awful. I have a pounding headache, I run out of breath just walking and and my sinus pressure is unreal. It's to the point were standing up makes my head feel like it's going to explode!

I haven't even left my apartment much in 2 days to be completely honest.

Going to try and go here in a bit and if not first thing in the morning tomorrow. Gotta kill some back!

My allergies haven't messed up in years, and this is the worse I've ever had them. Even my face was slightly puffy and my throat felt swollen. Some rain yesterday washed it away though so I'm heading in for some back right now

Yup yup. Learning as I'm sail along, took me 2.5 years to learn how to bulk, so I can't expect to land my cut perfectly at the first go I guess :)

Time, patience, trial and error bud. Also every time wont be the same and things will have different effects each and everytime you cut. Im sure you already know that though.

Learning slowly haha, my main goal was to come in with an empty mind and actually learn something instead of just going rice cake and tuna mode. Not that there's anything wrong with that but I believe there are equal and superior methods and I'd rather get a jump start on those asap
 
Quick update

Yesterday was my best friends wedding rehearsal/bachelor party/crazy time

Today is the actual wedding so ya that's why I've been mia.

I actually did really good, all I ate yesterday was grilled chicken breast, guacamole, lettuce tomato and cheese. Plus a bite of cake a gatorade and some queso.

I knocked back a bit of the sauce but less than 3 brews worth. What killed me is it's so damn hot, like unreal. Oh well!

Gonna get a haircut and then head over and shoot some ****. Lmao

Funny how one month I'm at a funeral and the next my best friends wedding, life's a doozie.

I wanted to try something new. Cuz I was putting some thought into it and I think I've been doing lag pull downs wrong or just poorly. My lats are surprisingly small when it comes to traditional posing so I need to find out what the deal is.

solution = pullups ;)
back needs to be hit from many angles imo, not just focusing on width & depth
pulldowns are useful, but pullups are harder; if you can do pullups, start doing them

When I say I am working on width or thickness I mainly just mean the tracking of my elbows on say bent overs or the accessory movements towards the end. I mainly go for free weights as much as possible for back so I think that accounts for the variable angle dilemma.

I found out I wasn't rolling my shoulders back enough and if I kept a slighter arch in my back I get a way fuller contraction.

I will try pull ups in a couple weeks. I like changing one thing at a time and seeing how that plays out :) im not a guy that changes everything every week that's mind numbing and you don't know what really works

Holding those contractions is a must with back especially. Good session bud.
