yeah we have a couple people going i believe. one of our masters men in the 65+ i believe 165lb. Also a masters woman. Not sure who else.

We are holding a full powerlifting meet a week after that. most of our folks do full powerlifitng.

Yea pulling only in this one. Still regaining strength since hurting my shoulder. I'm competing in Juniors 259 weight class.
Def lookin forward to checkin yall out or competing with you all soon tho. Any info on where I can find meets you are hosting?

I had a solid week of training last week.

My press is not its best but its coming back quikly hit a couple sets of 405x4 on the floor press.
Almost finished an 805 deficit pull
And put a lot of other training for the week into my weekly video.

155lb one arm snatch.
Some nice friendly competition at the gym.
Also my partner at EPC deadlifted 315x22 reps @ 64yrs old so I tossed that video in the log as well.

Awesome Week last week. Squats finally felt 'perfect' with everything firing and balanced they way it should be. Playing around with some mace work some more and it seems to be helping and looked real solid.
First week back flat benching with full setup in about 6 months. And hit some good pause reps

Nice to see you getting back into things. Yeah, that's a pretty crazy lean onto your left leg. But otherwise you looked pretty strong.
 
Nice deadlifting the other day. That adductor must be truly back in action.
 
I'm watching your DL videos about 5x/day to learn to sumo. Very stalker-ish, if I do say so. :flipoff2:

Last week slowed down significantly. No aches and pains but two weeks of hitting it hard on all 3 lifts when I’m not used to It took its toll on my.

Bench 455x2 – wanted more
Deadlift 810 miss and a lot ull and hold singles with 675
But finished the week with some good volume and discussion.

Adrian Larsen came within 8lbs of breaking the ALL-TIME RAW bench only record with 573@220.
Shawn Doyle hit a 2105 Raw Total without knee wraps.
