Tyler's first Anabeta Elite log (sponsored)

OK it is now Saturday. Day 3 of resting. I am feeling really good now. I slept about 10 hours last night (woke up after 8, then decided it would be a good idea to go back to sleep as I have nothing else important to do today...slept for 2 more hours), and got about 8 for the two previous nights. I am feeling much better overall, and really psyched to get back to it.

I think that adding in a bit more carbs has helped everything out also, with no apparent negative consequences. It seems like, while using AB/ABE cutting carbs in any extreme way is not necessary for me.

I am thinking about getting back into the gym tomorrow. I know I said I would wait until Monday, but if I feel good, I think it should be ok. I am thinking about just doing a basic pulling day with low intensity steady state cardio. Maybe 3 exercises (rack pulls, pulldowns, curls), at warm-up sets plus maybe 2 working sets to failure of each instead of rest-pause. Depending on how that feels, I am thinking about going back to rest-pause for a pushing workout on Monday. What do you guys think of that plan?

If you feel good then hit it back up but go slow. A light workout to get some blood flow going and not very heavy weights may be helpful. :)
 
Agreed with bolt, if you are feeling better and up to it, hit the gym for a not so intense session. Then on Monday, if you feel up to it, start killing it in there.
 
Nice, ok thanks guys. I think I am going to try it. Will not go too heavy, but will try to get some good rack pulls in (which I guess will be heavy...but after that will take it easy ;)). I am feeling great, and I think that I will be able to push it hard for my last three logged workouts on MWF!

Well, I had my first workout back today. I lost a kilogram during my three rest days, so I am thinking my CNS was definitely pretty far gone last week. I did a lower intensity than normal. I did 3 exercises: rack pulls, wide grip pull downs, and cable curls. I did 10 min of steady state cardio before as a warmup. I was careful not to go above what felt like 90% of maximum effort. Here are the numbers:

-Rack pulls

Overall, I did feel better than last Wednesday, but still, I didn't feel as great as I would have wanted. That could have been because my gym was about 85 degrees and filled with smoke (some stupid Daoist parade...they play obnoxious music really loudly, march through the middle of a working street, and blast off hundreds of thousands of firecrackers (literally)). My rack pull numbers were similar to what they were last time, but I didn't feel like I had as much left in the tank as I should have. When I tried 180KG (4 plates per side), I felt like I probably could have gotten one or two reps if I pushed it 100%, but I didn't want to risk it. I also had a little bit of an anxious feeling, which may of may not have been residual CNS fatigue. Tomorrow, I will keep it dialed back a bit and see how I feel. If everything goes well, it will be back to rest-pause training on Wednesday!

Glad you were able to get into the gym and get a session in. I'd agree, once you feel like you are back to 100%, then I would go back to your rest-pause training.
 
Well, I had a decent training day today. Not 100%, but definitely good enough to keep on blastin' through a few more sessions. I did a lower-intensity workout again tonight, but let myself push it a little harder, maybe 95% at times. Here are the numbers:

I did 10 min of SS cardio before and another 10 min after weights; then went to BJJ. No complaints about either of those.

Overall I felt better than yesterday, and a lot better than last week, but not quite 100%. I cooled it with the PWO today. I switched from a DMAA product, to about 1/6 of a sample packet of AIs Maniac (just caffeine). It tasted really good. I didn't really feel anything, so I guess it is milder than I thought. I think it was good not rushing back into the DMAA PWO as amping myself up isn't too smart if my CNS is already having trouble with the status quo. I am debating whether or not to go back to RP training on Wednesday. I generally handle pulling motions better than pushing, so it would be a good day to experiment.

I am thinking I may have found a way to get more than 100lb dumbbells for Wednesday's chainsaws. My gym just got 10KG chains. If I can manage to wrap one around my wrist and forearm for the set with the 100lb dumbbell, I would get up to 122 lbs. Does that sound like it could work? Anyway, that's about it for today. When I used to work in a tiny leisure centre gym people regularly used the biggest dumbbells for chest pressing and then got someone to place a smaller dumbbell between their fingers so they were holding two dumbbells in each hand lol. Not so good for health and safety...

Can't wait to see results. I'm 3 weeks into ABE and it's starting to kick in pretty strong. I am also 5 weeks into Versa-1 at this point. I am doing 10x10 high volume/under 30 secs rest for fat loss, and I swear I'm repping 10x10 with weight that I was doing for 5x5 lol

Cant' wait for next 4 weeks with OG Anabeta, Erase Pro, Forskolin-95, 7Keto, Alphamine, and New AlphaT2 maybe even New Titanium I ordered

Show those pics so I can get even more motivated lol!

Dude, how do you like versa-1? It seemed so great in beta testers, but reviews so far are pretty weak. Wondering what a seasoned lifter thinks of it. Please don't be shy about details ;) . That is crazy that you are getting that much stronger so quickly, but I know from experience how ABE affects strength AND endurance so well! I just did a hardcore workout and I am still WIRED right now. I seriously want to run back to the gym already, haha.

On a side note, where did you find 7-Keto? I have a few bottles of OG Anabeta and SS forskolin, and wouldn't mind fully Elite-ing my AB. PM me a link if you can.

Versa-1 I didn't really know what to expect. But once I figured it out, I think I really like it. I have been at around 2400 cals a day, doing all this high volume, and I have lost no strength and have crazy focus.

Awesome just saw NOW foods makes a big bottle. Hey PES gang, would 100mg 7 KETO be roughly an equivalent dose to what is in 4 ABE? As specific as you can get with that would be awesome, but I know you gotta protect some formula secrets ;)

Ya, I think I can help. When you want to post something, go to "Advanced" then click on the button "attachments" then you should be able to just browse your computer and upload the video. If you click on "attachments" and nothing shows up, you have to go into settings "general settings" and set your computer to these settings: Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls and Enhanced Attachment Uploading off and it will work. I had to go in and do that because when I clicked on "attachments" nothing would open to let me upload a picture/video, but now it works.

Workout Summary for my last pulling workout!

It was a good one tonight! I was feeling more AMPED than I have in awhile. The week off from RP sets got my CNS back where it should be! I set PRs in chainsaws and pull downs (although I have only been using this pull down machine for a short time, this is the heaviest I have gone on it). My other lifts were great, but I don't keep track of auxiliary lifts. I believe my reverse-grip curl set is a PR but I don't keep track, so I can't declare it!

For chainsaws, I wrapped a 10 KG chain around my forearms to solve the problem of my gym only having dumbbells up to 100lbs. With the extra 10KG, I was up to 122 pounds. It was not nearly as difficult as I thought it would be either! At the beginning of this log, I had trouble getting 100lbs up more than once or twice, now 122lbs seems light; how's that for progress!!!

When I was swinging the chain around my forearm, I got too excited, and accidentally hit myself in the mouth with it. I know it seems like hitting yourself in the face with a 10KG metal chain would feel awesome, but surprisingly, it hurt like hell. Who knew?!?! ;)

Anyway, I didn't let that stop me, and luckily, it didn't break a tooth (just a bloody lip, which is pretty common if you grapple, so you know, another day in the office I guess). Here are the numbers:

-Chainsaws: 122lbs (100 plus 10KG chain) x 6-3-2 (PR by far!!!)
-Wide-grip pull downs: 107.4KG (236.7 lbs) x 5-2-2 (PR as well)
-Preacher curl: 40KG (88 lbs) x 5-2-2
-Reverse-grip cable curl (no thumb): 90 x 5-3-3

Did 10 min SS cardio beforehand and couldn't wait any longer to do chainsaws! Did the remaining 20 min SS cardio after my workout.

BJJ was awesome. Worked on my half guard game and half-guard passing. I have to if I want to keep up with the prodigies I train with!


I rocked the scale at 83.5KG today; my lowest weight yet (84 on Mon). I will average MWF weights to get my final weight for this log (using just one day is not accurate, so I take a week's worth and average them).

I haven't looked this jacked ever. Even though I may have been this cut before, it was at 80KG. Not I am rocking about 84KG with more vascularity, fuller muscles, better lifts and more energy! I freaking love ABE and I freaking love this logging experience! Friday will be my last pushing workout. I was to see if I can rock 100s on flat dumbbell bench, but I will have to get through a RP set with 90s first, so we'll see if I can still muster up the strength to get the 100s up since I have never done it before! Stay tuned!

I'm not positive, Ben could help you with that question more then myself, but I know 100mg is fine to take of 7 keto.

That happens to me also when the picture is too large, you just have to go into whatever program you have for pictures, and crop the picture (make it smaller).

Just took my after pics. I should be really happy right now, as the difference is massive, but I am actually pretty pissed. My wife was out until like 10 min ago (12 midnight here), so I had to wait until now to take them. The before pics were much earlier. I look and feel much puffier now than I normally have been feeling. Not sure if it is just the time of night or what, but my abs look like sh*t compared to any other time in the last two weeks. The pics still demonstrate everything well, but the time of night, the fact that I don't look as good as I usually do, and also the fact that the lighting is really bad where I took them make me feel kinda bad. Anyway, I will post as soon as I can. I figured out resizing so I might be able to actually do it myself...if the planets are aligned just right ;)
 
OK it seems like as long as they are the right size, I can just copy/paste them into the message box. I will upload after I post tomorrow's workout log. Stay tuned. Despite the fact that I am less than thrilled with how I looked at pic time, they are pretty epic.

Haha, good suggestion. The ones I got were good enough I suppose. I figured out why I didn't look as good as I should have. I was not properly hydrated (REALLY hot and muggy yesterday, so sweat like crazy), so I had more water under my skin than I usually do. It sucks, but at least they are honest. I would retake today, but I have to get to the gym straight from work before my wife gets home. I can't do it tonight, because I think it would be unfair to take them after training when I am all pumped up. Either way, they are impressive! I will post as soon as possible after posting my workout log tonight. My schedule tonight is basically gym-BJJ-shower-Wife's birthday party. I will already be 30 min late so I might not be able to post the workout summary until tomorrow morning, but I will try my best to get everything up ASAP.
