Shoulders feel great afterwards. I'm trying to find some of the correct weights for a few of these lifts. Feeling great, although I could have did that convict trap workout to kill my traps. Went to Wal-Mart today and picked up some sweet peas, carrots, lean chicken breast, and lean cut ground beef for the rest of the semester.

Oh yes, I have been taking in around 200-210grams of protein while keeping carbs and calories low. Tonight I am going to Texas Roadhouse with my girlfriends parents. Want me a nice steak.

I feel ya on this. I look better in the mirror and in real life then I take pics and none of the definition shows up. Upsetting but oh well, just gotta make those cuts deeper
 
Yeah, I showed my gf how skinny I was and she was speechless. She's been givin me some ishh for taking all these supps but she clearly agreed that they were working haha.

Haha yep yep, glad it's the weekend. My body and joints need a nice break. Been resting good, watching my diet, taking in a lot of protein and joint relief.
 
Ive had girlfriends like that, some to the point where they were against me drinking protein shakes because they thought it was cheating. I quickly fixed that of course and educated them as best as possible.

My wife before our kid trained like i do and took supps and shakes so i didnt need to explain myself lol.

but honey pleeeez I know we can fit room in the budget for supps this month..well we just won't go out to eat on Friday nights this month..yes I know your mom's birthday is coming up we'll still be able to get her a nice present..ahh junior doesn't need that food anyway, looks like he's getting a lil soft around his midsection anyway, yes 2yr olds can go on a diet babe, trust me..okay i'll give up Christmas this yr then..

Look what showed up on chest day! Ima take 4 max pump just to test it out. It's been a while since taking preworkouts. Can't wait to log these at at another time but for tn, I gotta Atleast try max pump :)

It takes about 5-7 days to notice the full effects of Max Pump. You can uncap the four pills and throw it in the Ignite though. That's my favorite dose on workout days. Then on off days I take it before bed.

Go ahead and start using both. U can give a good first review on Ignite and asses how you respond to it, then when the Max Pump kicks in you will be able to tell :)

Chest is huge right now. I havn't really tried to see what my benching max is since it doesn't really matter. My goal is to be able to perform a couple sets of 225 but my max has been stuck there for like 2-3 years. About a month or 2 ago, I have switched to a wider grip and have been working on form and volume with the new grip. I had a spotter today and hit 225 TWICE, without assistance! Last time I attempted a max months ago, I did barely got 220. I have really been pushing myself and this was a big boost in confidence. I also think Ignite 2 helped =] had a great run with it for my first time using it!

Everything seemed low today except my protein intake which wasn't too off. Didn't have time to get to the cafeteria today so I ate mainly what I have in my room. My personal food still lacks micros. Running around all day, finals week is next week. This is the last week of classes for me! Trying to eat the best that I can.
 
These meals look better actually. Cafeteria food is usually not as good of an option compared to what you ate this day especially for being in college.

Yeah normally when I cut I see my numbers decrease a lot. This hasn't been a drastic cut for me though. I lost the easy weight and stopped at 202-204. Mentally however, I have been pumped up this entire cycle though
 
Extreme cuts are hardly ever good in the long run. Think of it like this, gain muscle extremely fast and it is hard to keep on. Same goes for weight loss. Lose fat really fast and you will most surely gain quite a bit back. Most of the time dramatic weight loss comes from unrealistic dieting that simply cannot be continued for a long period of time. Slow and steady wins the race friend.
 
No update tonight. Didn't log food or hit the gym today like I wanted too. Statistics online homework piled up, had to bang out 2 chapters of hw ina row. Finally got done from 7:30 to 1am... Tomorrow, I also have my last day of 3 classes ina row from 3-6:45 and a 2 hour long stat online test portion, followed by studying for the in class handwritten formulas for stats because the inclass quiz is on Thursday! It's Grind Time right now at college for me, hopefully hitting the rec center tomorrow. After this Statistical **** show, my schedule will open up a bit. Next week is Finals week, pretty much finishing everything up at this point.
