How does everyone take their orals?

Do you take your orals withs your support supps or space them out ie
Take your orals then wait say 2 hours till you take your support supps like cycle support etc
 
Either or, some people preach not to take together but i took all at once
 
I think orals + fish oils and multi,then 2 hours later cycle supp.if cycle supp is supposed to clean you out wouldn't it affect your compound?

A lot of steroids are fat soluble in nature. Taking them with fats can screw with them. They ride right through you. I ran two identical cycles, one taking them every so many hours and if I happened to have eaten I didn't care much. And a cycle where I took them always on an empty stomach. Both were the same compounds and made by the same company. I was definitely more responsive in every way that would tell me I'm on cycle.
 
i usually dose mine with fish oil because of the fat soluble thing. figurd if anything, it would help with absorption. brosciece on me though, i really have no clue on that part.

and the reason people split the support is because theres a study showing milk thistle downregulates AR in prostate cancer patients. its unknown whether it downregulates AR anywhere else, but we know it does in one area. so its more of a precaution to split them

Yeah I always felt not to take them with food because it made sense in my pea sized brain. And that theory floats about. And then I read a lot when trying to learn as much as I could about the nature of the juice lol and William Llewellyn mentioned in his latest Anabolics that he'd recommend not taking them with food so how we ever going to know unless we put this under the microscope? :-)

Thats the on going debate with this question. Your same concept would also apply to spacing your supports
 
All I can tell you is do not take them with liver support. It will interfere with absorption.
taking them with fish oil shouldn't harm absorption.Infact it would most likely help. I wouldn't take it with food though.
 
I pop the caps open empty the powder into a beer warm it up in the microwave for about 3 minutes, apply some ky to the bottle have a seat and then do handstand pushups to get maximum absorption.

Feed it to your dog first thing in the morning. Then follow him around with a baggy. Then roll the turd up into a doobie and smoke it - Cheech and Chong style.

This method is also easier on the liver.
 
My theory, and it is just that theory is that as the liver produces bile that is needed in the small intestine for breakdown of fat molecules then if you hinder bile production , which strong orals do, then you limit your body's ability to process fats. Bile is stored in the gall bladder and is released when needed for digestion, it also cleans out the liver of toxic salts that accumulate. So as orals hinder bile production thus, in turn, salts accumulate in the liver causing cholestasis or decreased liver function and ultimately irriversable liver tissue death. TUDCA is the ONLY liver supp that directly stimulates bile production and is therefore really the only one worth taking!
So the way I look at it is take my TUDCA and other supps a while ( atleast an hour ) before I take my orals so that bile production has been stimulated and therefor fat breakdown in the small intestine can occur, then that way I won't matter what food I eat with my orals!! The pancreas is responsible for producing The digestive enzymes responsible for breaking down proteins and carbs, so not so much to worry about!!

Anyway just my theories! Could be correct could be TOTALLY wrong!? Would be good to get some input?
