Hello all,
I've been a gym rat since my dad gave me my first weight set in 8th grade and I was always the lucky one that had abs no matter what I ate but now as I'm getting older, 28 now, I've found I really need to watch what I eat. I grew up on a beef cattle farm and my family always had a large garden so I grew up and still enjoy eating well but I'd love a good book that lays out everything I need to know about nutrition, preferably specifically relating to bodybuilding, starting with a basic frame work and working up. I've seen a few suggestions around the web but I always make my final decisions based on what anabolic minds tells me. One specific book I am considering is actually a text book, advanced nutrition and human metabolism, which I'll most likely read before any body building based book but I'm taking suggestions nonetheless. ALL advice is welcomed and appreciated.
