Thanks Hyde. I know your more of a power lifter anyway so 20 for you is huge. I'm enjoying it so far. Chest tomorrow and I need to kill it.
 
Hey guys I. Want to give you an update. I will post Fridays workout on Monday but it was only flat bench. When I went to do my seated flys within 4 reps my left bicep area started to hurt. I stopped and stretched it out and it only got worse so I just showered and called it a day. Back at it Monday.

Day 48 - 154.5 (+9.0lbs) back day


I know I was going to post Fridays work out but frankly today's workout was so awesome I don't want to mess this log up by posting that crap from Friday. Flying so high right now with the way today went. 3 different movements and 3 PRs can't ask much more then that. It may not look like a ton but I pushed it really hard and the weight was higher throughout then I have ever done. I was looking huge after also which is nice.

Not bad, I have kinda slipped lately. Taking in far to much sugar which I always fall back on to make me more happy. I really need to stop doing that. Other then that, protein still around 200 same with carbs.
 
I have been throwing two scoops of peanutbutter in with my oatmeal and that seems to help quite a bit with the cravings. Along with splenda.
 
Splenda is gross lol. Anyway I have to place my order for ignite, g8, and some other goodies.

Ok I obviously missed something ...

Anyway I plan on posting today's workout tonight. A quick update right now is that I will be taking the next 4 days off. I. Shouldn't and I don't want to but I'm burned out. Also my girl and I hashed some stuff out last night so between everything I'm physically and mentally drained. I also need to spot this weekend for my buddy and his modified so my mind needs to be clear. Also I'm just tired all the time which was how I was before my first cycle, obviously it's a little worse now but I may get that checked out after pct but then again I already have and my doctor won't do anything about it. Also the anxiety from hashing stuff out last night cause my palpitations to go crazy so my sleep last night was lack luster to say the least. Doctor won't give me anything for anxiety unless I see a shrink first, granted my mom and brother both have it pretty bad so again after cycle I will check on this stuff.
 
Take some time brother. Get ur mind and body right. Without the right mental state no amount of training will be beneficial. Get some R&R and spend some quality time with the wife. We will be waiting for ya.

That's the plan, i will be gone for some time Friday night and all day Saturday so I should spend some time now. Also we will be moving by July 1st so the stress and anxiety is soon to attack.
 
Don't let it. I've had anxiety before and took medication but changing my entire mindset is the only thing that worked.

Funny thing is though when I feel fine they can come out of the blue, and this coming from a guy who has them all the time I can tell you when you get short of breath in the middle of a sentence and you feel your heart skipping around there is not much you can do to change your mind set.

I went through the exact same thing my dude. Went to the hospital a couple times thinking I had a heart attack. Suffered for almost a year before going to see a dr. I was put on an anti anxiety medication that is most likely the cause of my Collagenous Colitus. It wasn't until I went to some meetings that my psychologist suggested that I found reliefe. Just throwing some insight out there for you in hopes you might find some ideas. Feel free to pm me if you need to talk about anything brother. Were here for you in more ways then just supplement, diet and training advice.

Yeah I mean I extremely happy with the progress on this cycle and the proof is in the picture il post on day 60. I think things will improve when I hit PCT. As long as my torem is legit.
