Chain fitness gyms frown on the hardcore lifting...it intimidates the clientele.

Very true but pathetic also. When I was starting off at 140lb I used people if our caliber and bigger as motivation. Just goes to show how the culture has changed.

tested out my slingshot and it is my best investment to date lol I also recieve some new APT Straps for shrugs from my boy!
