I was wearin my finaflex shirt in my vid too! Lol caz needs glasses.. enhanced broham not alphamine lol. Hyde- enhanced has some agmatine in there for da pumpz lol wish there was some glycerol m or cit mal tho.

Anyway, it was cheap and people were raving so i figured why snot yanno?

My shoulders and triceps were little bishes so i did this to them...

My elbow was buggin me so i didnt push it today.. chased the pump.

You sure your only 153 cause you look much bigger than that. :) your entire upper body looks much fuller than it did 3 months ago. Keep pounding it out brother!!

Sorry for the lack of workout updates. Took the day off yesterday to do some stuff and hate posting workouts from my phone.. My 4 year old had a bike-a-thon for autism and I went to help out.. We had blast

I hit the gym as well for a monster bi and tri session then went home and power washed my house and murdered shoulder!!

Went in to hit legs, did two sets and my inner quad (vastus medialis) popped. If it flexs at all theres a little pain, little if i push on it too. So, my mind is stimulated like hell from the enhanced (made me sweat like crazy too) and it really does drive your "mind muscle connection" up. When i did my warm ups i could feel the entire contraction its weird. The enhanced gave me this clear, not over stimmed focus.
Needless to say, i wont be hittin legs for a little while

Thanks hyde. Its gotten a smidge worse, putting to much weight on my right leg aggrevates it.

Treated myself to half a pint of SO delicious coconut milk cookies n cream icecream.. its going to heal my quad lol

damn that fckin sucks bro, sorry to hear that and I won't lie after several leg injuries, just do light stretching when ya can and yeah I'd say it might be a good bit of time unfortunately before crushing legs again.

hell yeah fiyah ass ice cream is gonna do the trick, rest the carton on your leg, boom, icing it at the same time hahah.

Man I go to sleep and wake up to this!!! That sucks dude, I know that pop all to well. That's the same pop that put a tear in my hip flexor in high school and ended my football career!!! Don't push it at all, if you can I'd go to an orthopedic doctor and get it check just to see how bad it is. Ice cream will definitely make it feel better. I feel for u brother I know how bad this sucks!!!

Weekend Update:

Hope everyone had a good weekend? So here is how the weekend went down. Saturday was a day off took my son to a birthday party and spent the day with the family. Sunday I was just going to hit the treadmill at night but ended up getting some cardio in during the day let me explain. Spent the morning Digging holes and planted 6 bushes and pulled weeds from all the flower beds around the house. After this played 2 on 2 B-ball with my neighbors kids who are high school age for like 45 mins.. The old man still has game but damn I was winded. Legs are not use to that kind of exercise anymore, I'm still feeling it today but it felt so good to play.. Tonight I'll be throwing some iron around :angryfire:

I always have my next dose with me on the weekends, sometimes on weeknights too if I'm running somewhere. 3 1-alpha, 3 ultradrol, 2 tabs of 4ad, 1 tab decasarm, 3 fish oil, 2 tudca, 2 talos, and a partridge in a pear tree look pretty shady in a ziploc bag lol. Always wonder if I got searched what would go down.

Lmk how that cherry limeade MM is! Stuff hit pretty hard as I recall.

And I'm so glad I'm single and live on my own, I get packages on the doorstop disturbingly often. Neighbors are prolly like wtf...again?
