caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

Today was leg day. Rolled these thunder thighz out and downed some volatile. First, the taste is excellent. Not too sweet, had some floaters at the end but nothing bad. I will say the energy was good and pumps were decent. I also drank a sample pack of the endurance bcaa again (got to for leg day, amirite?)

I had energy for dayz, and i couldve kept lifting but i got to 50min and had to call it. I was sweating something serious too.

Tygas rating
Volatile- 7/10

Squats- 135x10 (wu) 185x6 belted up- 225x6 260x6 280x4
Hack squat (lb per side)- 45x10 55x8 65x8 70x8-

Those nachos sound legit, and nice workout too! That belt makes you feel pretty ready to rock some heavy iron, doesn't it?

Shoulders / Traps

Hit the gym to put a hurting on my shoulders and traps!! Shoulder felt good but there are still a couple of movments that are still off the table. I found a new Chiropractor that gets me and my workout style and have seen him the last couple of days. He even adjusted my shoulders which felt good. Speaking of shoulders I'm feeling that my joints are starting to ache. I think it could be from either the high volume or the 5 Alpha? I take tons of joint supps so I'll watch it and see what happens , may even order more. Now I'm starting to feel the 5 alpha Test, my body is hardening up nicely feeling that all day pump going on. Strength has increased as well and finally pushed myself to set a PR!! Zero sides so far and I started Alpha Bulk on Saturday so the next week or so the fun should start.

Those are some big rear delt raises brother, no doubt. Good stuff that the doc understands your situation with the lifting - there's too many doctors out there to waste time staying with one who doesn't try to work around the individual's needs.

Thanks Hyde my shoulder is still not 100% or I'd really be tearing it up!! My body wants to I just need to take it easy before I take 2 steps back. I've been to a neurologist, orthopedic, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and massage over the last year and a half trying to fix my neck. Most of my shoulder pain is caused from it as well. All of them told me to stop lifting and I replied for them to Fugg themself!! Most of these doctors have no clue when it comes to pain from an injury. They want to give you pain meds or anti-inflammatories and hope it goes away instead of trying to fix the problem. This guy I found use to lift himself and gets it..

Save your money on the shotgun....I bought a tub took out for a week then put it out at the shop for samples..not impressed what so ever.

Crap. Thanks for the feedback monty! Im looking for something that has COP, agmatine and either glycerol or cit mal... any idea? Im using prodigy now, solid pre but i jump around to try new products
 
Maximize intense has cop and agmatine but no citmal

Yeah Tyga's throwing some heavy weight around!!! 80's on incline baby!! How's the headaches??
 
Headaches almost non existant now! They were deffinitely correlated with the OD of peptides lol.

Ps. The incline bench was actually 190x5 :D

I'm liking 5 alpha!! To early to tell on bulk but I'll tell you since I started conbining the 2 I noticed and instant harding going on.. I wake up leaner everyday!!
 
I just ate oatmeal with egg whites, protein, splenda and peanut butter mixed in. Then a cup and a half of kashi go lean cinnamon cereal.....I'm friggin stuffed

Thats a heavy meal right there!! If I ate like you I'd weight 250 lbs, my body just loves to store food. I bet I gain weight still only eating 2000 cals per day.

That meal was 94g protein, 94g carbs, 18g fat and 877 calories....not bad at all.

I just ate a measly 5oz 90/10 ground beef with 2tbsp hummus and 28g almonds. 486 kcal

You think the body can absorb that much protein at once, even on cycle? I'm genuinely curious, as I try not to go over 55g even on and if there was a real benefit I'd probably give it a go. I know over 50 off cycle and I'm just crapping 5x a day.

I'm not sure honestly. The slower digesting eggs with the peanut butter and oatmeal will feed me for a while and the isolate will digest a bit quicker. Basically I'm not so much worried about timing atm as I am about getting in 4k calories a day with whole foods and minimum shakes. Protein will be around 350-400g a day in a normal day. And I only poop twice a day normally :p
 
It's more about fuel at this point in time though.
