Sorry, I'm a chef and that piece of meat ain't right, the real reason it looks like that is because they steamed it. probably didn't put any oil in the pan to cook it so camerlization could take place or the pan was just over crowded. Anyways..
Would be interested to know about eggs to, I eat 2 whole, 6 white every morning. it does seem as though when I do my meals stay more in track through the day.
