Today I got a sick workout in the gym, Chest!!!!, about to go back and do some cardio. It is an off day for P90X, so I will probably do yoga X.
Oops, I totally lost track and wore another patch last night. Oh, well.
I am feeling good, no complaints. my weight is up today, but I ate a good deal of sodium last night with the wife's cooking.

135x10, 135x10, 135x10-- These were light and fairly easy, but my hip pain prevents too much weight. I focused on depth and quality.
BB Dead lift
135x12, 175x10, 195x10 (PR)--- I smell PR of at least 215, maybe more next round. Get some!!
Goblet Squat
75x10, 80x10, 85x8 (PR)
Pullups
8, 8, 8-- Slow and controlled with slow negatives
Smith Machine Hack Squat-- These are totally new and I was confused at first
115x8, 165x5, 165x6 (PR)
Chin up- Same as pullups- slow and negatives
