i try to keep everything raw except my bent over rows, i use a full overhand grip with no thumbs so straps are more a safety thing. i have heard good things about inzer

Thanks for all the advice now I'm really confused!! LOL When I go heavy on bent over rows I'm starting to feel it not looking to hurt anything else..

i do a thumb over grip. i use wrist wraps so i dont drop the weight. when i get into heavy working sets in the next few weights you'll understand why i dont want to drop the weight.

as for a belt i never wear one, but i've heard inzer is good. im not sure where the confusion is.. now im confused lol
 
Fk bent over rows right in the neck. Yates Rows are far better for me. Not nearly the strain on the lower back and I can move more weight.
 
Chest and Quads
I was a little worried about hurting my shoulder but I have to say it wasn't bad!! I did 2 different exercises for chest and they didn't bother me at all nice!! I really like the hex press which I will be doing more often. I also started looking into getting some strength training and found a really cool place be me I'm going to be checking it out soon and hopefully start getting my lifts up!! All those bodybuilders with those wimpy Valeo and GASP belts at my gym can learn something, this belt is for real. There's nothing superior, besides their 13mm Brahma Lever, and that thing is so wide you can only squat in it - I can bend over great for rows and deadlift and everything with 10mm still.

Yates are the most common i see. I throw pendlays in every now and then. Those will check your ego quick if you do em correctly
 
I really don't use proper form - which is fine for my purposes. I call them Pendlays, as I reset the bar on ground every rep and pull violently towards my chest straight up, but that's it really. There is a significant 'butt-popping' of the weight to get it moving on my heaviest sets, but I'm just using them to train my max explosive lat strength to help my pull-thru on deadlift, so the more weight I can get in my hands to touch my chest the better.

I'd use waaaay less weight if I intended hypertrophy of my mid back, and my butt would stay still basically. They're a biotch for that.
 
Had a very solid back/trap workout. It was unreal. First let me tell you, my wife made these stone ground wheat muffins, holy crack they are good! 103kcal per muffin (didnt add in the white chocolate chips she used because they werent measured, so that is minus them.)

Now, i havent ran many "natty" stacks, usually its products that i run solo dolo. Test boosters, ai's and things of that sort.. GDAs, you get the idea. But, this by far is my favorite. This log was unsponsored and the first of any MAN products ive use. So take it for what its worth.

There's a trick to it. When you place an order put a funny comment or just ask and bingo samples every time but never like this!!

Update time!! Had a good week and managed to get to the gym 6 days this week!!! Friday only had about 45 mins cause my gym closes early so I hit some Bi's/Tri's and abs.. Saturday was my off day but I did alot of yard work and ran around with my boys so I got some cardio... :) Sunday I hit up the following routine, my body is still getting sore from this routine .. I skipped rack pulls cause my lower back feels a little tight and I'm waiting for my belt to come in..

Supplement Update:

I know I've been kind of quite on the Supplement regimine so here it is. I was selected by I Force to log Tropinal about 3 weeks ago and as of today still nothing:( I was going to run Tropinal for 30 days then hop on my next run. Since I'm impatient I'm not waiting anymore! Summer is coming and I need to get my butt in gear.. For the last 2 weeks since my PCT has been over This is what I've been taking:

Orange Triad: 6 per day
Flexable: 6 per day
Alphamine: 2 scoops per day
BCAA: intra workout
SlinSane: 2 per day

Now last Monday I started taking 5-Alpha Test from FRL at 3 per day.. Just yesterady I started to fell an added pump and a slight ALPHA feeling at the gym. I'm also going to be adding Alpha Bulk from FRL and 550-XD from Finaflex. So here is what the next 7 weeks are going to look like as for as PH's go and I will continue everything from before except for the Slin Sane.

Week 1: 5 Alpha Test 3 per day
Week 2: 5 Alpha Test 3 per day
Week 3: 5 Alpha Test 3 per day / Alpha bulk 9 per day
Week 4: 5 Alpha Test 3 per day / Alpha bulk 9 per day
Week 5: Alpha bulk 9 per day / 550-XD 2 per day
Week 6: Alpha bulk 9 per day / 550-XD 3 per day
Week 7: Alpha bulk 9 per day / 550-XD 3 per day
Week 8: 550-XD 4 per day
 
Now if I could only get as big as you we'd be set!! LOL Maybe my next run can get me closer!!

Your closer then you think! Until May......that's when I'm leaving the pack behind :p

Caz bro I'd consider cutting that last wk and adding all the 550-xd pills from it to wks 4 & 5 so you have 4 straight wks at 3 caps e/d. Trust me when I say the Fina stuff is MILD, even at 4 caps it won't be enough standalone that last wk.

Or just take the whole 550-xd schedule and bump it fwd a wk if you prefer to taper 2/3/3/4 still, which is just as good. But 7wks is a good run, my last dhea cycle was similar - 7wks of 5AlphaTest, 4dhea, & 1dhea instead of 19 like yours. Never felt like I missed not having that 8th wk vs a stronger 7.

Just my thoughts, I bet you'll have a great side-free run with no noticeable shutdown either way! I used Clomid after mine but I really doubt I needed to. Got stronger thru pct lol.
