Getting bigger and leaner with Alpha, 550, and Epi-V.

Lol. If I had known I would've said something too... Especially your size bro, your not about to become Eric Cartman anytime soon. You shouldn't worry about that till your hitting 180+. Eat like there's no tomorrow bro. Nothing less than 3000 a day. Hit 4000 and you'll really start growing. You're not about to get fat anytime soon, period. Just went through this with my brother. He started at like ~145. He wasnt tracking his diet and wasn't growing. I slapped him upside the head and told him if he wasn't going to take this shyt seriously then I would no longer help him or hook him up with supps. Low and behold, he starts eating and tracking... 2 months later he's up to 165-170 off 550-xd! Now that's what I'm talking about
 
I understand PF and its not about getting "fat" it's about gaining and BF% the point behind this was to gain purely lean muscle. Hence the reason my cals are where they are. I do understand eat eat eat, that is what I did one my short 1 andro cycle and that's probably why I gained 20lbs, my strength is going up and the BF is dropping as of right now which is what to point was suppose to be. The next cycle will be more along the lines of eat eat eat. Hopefully that makes since.

Not sure. Just going mirror wise. Whatever anyone could guess. All I have is the starting pictures at the beginning of the log.
 
The side profile is deceiving, makes your abdomen look larger than it is. That said based on your weight, height, and photos I'd put you somewhere around 12-14. I still recommend upping cals to the 3000+ range. Its a full time job eating like that but it will pay off. Especially where youre at now, youre primed for gains. I was 135 at 18. Hit it hard for 4 years all natty and made it up to 175 before I played with anabolics. I can still make pretty good natty gains on a bulking diet and hit about 200-205 but that is serious full time work. If youre worried about gaining BF do some LISS or HIIT 3 times a week or more. 1-alpha is for bulking bro so Id use it for that, not that it wont work the way you want it to. I just think you should concentrate on growing now, then switch to recomp then cut, while on 550xd and EpiV respectively

I would use the 1 andro to bulk my ass off then use the epi-v to lean out at the end! Just my .02c man nothing philosophical from me it's far too early over here for that lol :D

good advice Im around 205 now and my cals are like 3.1+ k I still manage to be pretty lean

that being said grow man, you are using dem receptors why not get the most bang for your buck

If you keep your calories clean and step them up within reason, there should be no worries about getting "fat". That being said dont bump your cals straight to the top. Slow and steady wins the race.

^^ fats are pretty crucial, in a growth phase..cutting too for that matter
a typical good lean growth phase is running a 40/40/20 macro split..
now there are a lot of variations and ways you can go here, including having either more carbs or more fat - or both, depending on your individual metabolism
my guess for best for you current would be 40/30/30 c/p/f, check it out

Eating is a full-time gig with gettin bigger and staying that way, so you might as well get comfy with it. You wanna be the beast you gotta eat like one - lots of protein from other animals, many times a day.

Thanks Hyde, today is going to be legs. I think I'm going to see where I'm at on squats, first step break 225 which will be my third set, fourth set if I hit 225 will be either 235 or 245 depending on how 225 goes.
 
On a true max effort a lot of ppl's chest will come too far fwd out of the hole, heavily loading the lower back. This could be bad for you, to say the least. Be careful and get a spotter(s) if you intend to push to failure on max effort.

Could consider triples up to a 3RM if you get uncomfy with that idea? Good luck!

I only go as low as 3 reps.
 
Day 23 - 151.9 (+6.4lbs) Leg Day

Well I felt pretty good today the squats felt really good and I'm glad I hit those 2 plate. No lower back pain for the most part. However my left side groin is hurting pretty bad. I have pulled it 5+ times and its never healed from Ice hockey in high school so I may have my ART doctor take a look at my next appointment. I fell good today, my fiancé last night looked at me and said my pecs are looking really good granted she may be a little bias. Thanks for the help guys, today I'm going to shoot for 200p, 200c, and 40 fats, give or take a few.

I don't get what all the fuss surrounding hemavol is all about. Been there done that. Was subpar for me compared to others. Total waste

Agree too pricey and I had the worst headaches from it.

i would be pushing the cals a bit more, carbs as well, while running the 1-alpha
you are going to be hard-pressed to add fat anyway with your metabolism, and if you do it should be rectified with the 550/epiV combo to follow

No on the low fats. It def has its place (prep) but this isn't it bud. I like the 40/30/30. Don't drop fats bud listen to these guys pre. You can play with your fats when u decide to cut up a bit.

Nice drew, they are very solid products and non methyl's which is even better.
 
Strength gain is a big part of 1-alpha as I knew it would be given what it is and improved conversion.

Day 27 - 153.0 (+7.5lbs). Back day


Well boys I thought today was going to suck to be honest. Woke up with bad heart palpitations but I kind of just pushed through it. Put down a scoop and half of micro and headed to the gym. You might be saying "if you were having heart palpitations why would you take micro". It's a very valid question and the answer is that stims and caffeine have no effect on my palpitations. So I decided to hit back today and left out dead lifts. Hit a solid PR on Yates rows and it felt good. I have a feeling by weeks end or by day 30 il be up 10lbs and that's my plan. I have also found a app on my ipad that allows me to take 2 pictures and put them side by side so when I upload pictures at the end of 550 I can put them side by side with my starting pictures.

Side by side is the name of the app. Funny thing about the weight, I have increase the carbs and timing of protein. I was 150.5 yesterday morning and I hit a shake last night about an hour before bed and woke up this morning at 153.0. So I'm going to keep that up and see how it works.

An increase in carbs has an immediate difference in weight especially if you are depleted.

Yeah well I increased them last Thursday I think. I can't remember, my memory is gone. Has been like that for years.

Your making great progress pre. Keep the carbs up then your weight will move up more quickly.

Had a biometric screening at work today. Checked out good except hdl was 17. Il have to work on that.

My HDL level is also low. Slow release Niacin helped plus increase the dark green vegetables.
