Those numbers might not be that impressive but today felt good and the pump and fullness were awesome!! I actually enjoyed being in the gym today. Perhaps it's all the 'junk' I've been eating the past week. If I wanted it this past week, I ate it. Burgers, nachos, sushi buffet, some pizza, chicken wings.....and not only did I fall off the wagon at the start of the tourney, it ran me over. Sigh....I made it 3 months though, so I do find some solace in that. People can tell I'm putting on some muscle. This past week I may have had some spill over. My pants fit the same though....Pics are coming eventually, promise. I will fill you guys in on the past week here soon.... Tomorrow is Day 45....my last day on 1-Alpha. Sadness. I've still a ton of work to do though!

Ok, I see what's going on here. BD and Snags were "laying low", keeping the pictures of their new physiques hidden. Now this week it will be "bam, fooled you guys"! Look at how beastly we are! All due to hard work, diet and fcking moving some heavy iron!

That's what gave me the cue that something is not right with these posts. BD goes away for weeks, says he eats all this junk food then kills weight like this! No way. Not believing this. BD is looking beastly! I'm telling you, something wicked this way comes!

Agreed! I'm back on fo sho! I hit the gym still last week, not as often as I should have though. I was just in a really weird, kind of dark place last week. You know, giving up something you've basically given your life to and then not doing it anymore, just walking away is......I dunno, I can't find the right adjective. There's an empty place....it's weird. I guess I spent last week trying to fill it some. It was cool to have all that time with the wife though, some of it felt like a vacation. Anyways....I dusted myself off and I got back on. Yesterday felt good, looking forward to today's workout. I will absolutely see this through, even if it takes years to get where I want to be.
