Those numbers might not be that impressive but today felt good and the pump and fullness were awesome!! I actually enjoyed being in the gym today. Perhaps it's all the 'junk' I've been eating the past week. If I wanted it this past week, I ate it. Burgers, nachos, sushi buffet, some pizza, chicken wings.....and not only did I fall off the wagon at the start of the tourney, it ran me over. Sigh....I made it 3 months though, so I do find some solace in that. People can tell I'm putting on some muscle. This past week I may have had some spill over. My pants fit the same though....Pics are coming eventually, promise. I will fill you guys in on the past week here soon.... Tomorrow is Day 45....my last day on 1-Alpha. Sadness. I've still a ton of work to do though!
